Rebecca L. Masur, daughter of John and Penny Masur of Shiloh, IL is engaged to Matthew L. Ahlvin, son of Paul and Terri Ahlvin of O’Fallon, IL.

Rebecca is a 2008 graduate of Belleville East High School and a 2012 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a law student at St. Louis University and will graduate in May 2015.

Matthew is a 2008 graduate of O’Fallon High School and a December 2012 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Elementary Education.

They are planning a December 29, 2012 wedding.
