The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, DEC. 3

8:32 a.m. Theft -- 3600 block of West A Street. The victim reported between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m., suspects allegedly stole her purse and its contents from her residence.

7:45 p.m. Theft by deception -- Walgreens, 515 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported an ex-friend/suspect picked up a prescription for her son from his doctor's office. The prescription was filled and given to the suspect.

TUESDAY, DEC. 4

8:30 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- Belleville West High School, 4063 Frank Scott Parkway. The School Resource Officer arrested two students for fighting. Both juveniles were released to their respective parent.

9:05 a.m. Aggravated battery -- Pathways, 2411 Pathway Crossing. The teacher/victim reported while he was trying to contain a student, who was being disruptive, the juvenile struck the teacher. The juvenile was transported and CHASI was contacted.

2:25 p.m. Fraud, forgery -- Home Depot, 55001 Belleville Crossing. The victim reported on Oct. 31, at approximately 6:44 p.m., unknown suspect(s) used a driver's license in the victim's name, to access his Home Depot credit card number. The victim stated the suspect(s) then purchased items using his credit card number.

5:20 p.m. Criminal damge to property -- 100 block of Rosette. The victim reported his vehicle had the rear window cracked by juveniles throwing rocks.

7:44 p.m. Battery, criminal trespass, solicting -- 5400 block of North Belt West. Dion Strong, 22, and Alethea Tony, 25, were solicting without a permit. The resident/victim engaged in a disturbance with Strong. During the disturbance, the victim fell down and was injured. The victim was also allegedly battered. During the battery the victim's wife passed him a gun and in the process the gun accidently went off into the carpeted floor. The solicitors left and were stopped and identified. Strong was arrestedd for battery, trespassing and solicting without a permit. Tony was arrested for soliciting without a permit. Both were transported and were released after posting bond.

9:27 p.m. Unlawful use of debit card -- Shell Gas Station, 3801 North Belt West. The victim reported her stolen debit card was used on Dec. 1 at approximately 5:04 a.m. The victim stated she reported the card stolen on Nov. 30 with the Fairview Heights Police Department.

10:40 p.m. Drunkenness -- 300 block of Kansas. Mark Minemann, 35, was arrested after officers responded to a report of a disturbance between a male and a female. Minemann's mother was trying to stop him from taking her vehicle. Minemann became aggressive when officers approached him. Minemann was intoxicated and made threats toward officers at the scene and at headquarters. Minemann was held pending sobriety/bond.

11:05 p.m. Criminal damge to property -- 1800 block of North Belt East. The victim reported on Nov. 29 during an argument her ex-boyfriend/suspect hit her vehicle several times with his hands causing dents. The victim singed a nontraffic citation for criminal damge to property against the suspect.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 5

12:03 a.m. Violation of probation -- 200 block of North 14th Street. (Curfew) Officers responded to a report of a subject removal. The reporting party requested that officers remove the suspect from his property because they are not allowed to be in each other's company as a result of probation conditions. It was discovered that the suspect was in violation of his curfew. The suspect was arrested and transported to headquarters. St. Clair County Probation advised they would follow up and advised officers to release the suspect.

2:55 a.m. Criminal trespass to property -- 200 block of North 14th Street. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against Brian Dyer, 18, after he returned to the residence, attempting to fight his son. Approximately 5:30 a.m., officers located Dyer and took him into custody. Dyer was transported to headquarters for booking.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, NOV. 30

Brandy L. Singh, 31, of 333 S. Broadway, Apt. 1, Centralia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on Oct. 4 by Illinois State Police. Singh allegedly had in her possession a substance containing alprazolam. Singh drove a black 1991 Nissan Pathfinder on Interstate 64 in St. Clair County, while there was an amount of a drug, substance or compound in her breath, blood, or urine resulting from the unlawful use or consumption of alprazolam.

Theodore P. Meyer, 49, of 302 Walnut St., Tilden, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Nov. 3 by Freeburg police. Meyer allegedly entered a building of Kevin Kammermeyer, doing business as Subway Restaurant, 830 S. State St., Freeburg, with the intent to commit theft.

Trae D. Crump, 19, of 620 E. Third St., Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of resisitng a peace officer and domestic battery on Nov. 29 by Southwestern Illinois College. Crump allegedly resisted the performance of Christopher Flynn of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Elissa Guzman, knowing Christopher Flynn to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he knocked Officer Christopher Flynn to the ground, causing injury to Officer Christopher Flynn's arm, and the actions of the defendant were the proximate cause of injury to Officer Christopher Flynn. Crump knowingly made physical contact with Elissa M. Guzman, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed Elissa Guzman's chest. MONDAY, DEC. 3

Tabitha M. Grady, 41, of 8354 Seville Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Dec. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Grady allegedly drove a black 1999 Mazda Protege on Ludwig Drive in Fairview Heights, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were suspended.

Andrea R. Fields, 32, of 3927 Benington Drive, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, disp merchandise over $300 on Nov. 23 by Belleville police. Fields allegedly took merchanidse from Target, 5601 Belleville Crossing, Belleville, being mens razors, total retail value in excess of $300.

Eric L. Owens, 35, of 310 East Hanover, New Baden, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 2 by East St. Louis police. Owens allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Ryan A. Parsons, 36, of 5759 Westphalia, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 2 by East St. Louis police. Parsons allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.

Rachelle F. Liner, 34, of 8722 Parkdale Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substnce on Aug. 21 by Illinois State Police. Liner allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Reginald Rodgers Jr., 25, of 635 N. 25th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on Sept. 18 by Illinois State Police. Rodgers allegedly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.TUESDAY, DEC. 4

Steve M. Dodson, 44, of 3308 VFW Lane, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of burglary tools on Dec. 2 by O'Fallon police. Dodson allegedly entered a green 2004 Artic Cat 500CC 4-wheeler, of Kristopher Fohen, located at Ellis Cycles, 1714 Frontage Road, O'Fallon, with the intent to commit theft therein; knowingly possessed red bolt cutters, a flashlight, and pocket knife, suitable for use in breaking into a building, with the intent to enter any such place and with the intent to commit theft.

Maxrile M. Barney, 26, of 303 10th St., Columbia, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon on Dec. 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Barney allegedly, a person who has been convicted of a felony, knowingly possessed on his person a pair of weighted knuckle gloves, otherwise known as SAP gloves, and the person had been previously convicted of tampering with a motor vehicle on Feb. 27, 2008.

Robert Singleton Jr., 22, of 622 N. 70th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sept. 29 by East St. Louis police. Singleton allegedly carrie don his person a handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessibly. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Demetrius L. Randle, 28, of 816 N. 78th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, subsequent on Sept. 29 by East St. Louis police. Randle allegedly carried on his person a handgun at at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. The defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery, subsequent on Jan. 10, 2006.

Freddie Collins, 27, of 1312 Exchange Ave., Apt. 8, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 2 by East St. Louis police. Collins allegedly carried on his person a .9-mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased. loaded and immediately accessible.

Samuel D. Geller, 18, of 1105 Arrowhead, Apt. A, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unauthorized possession of cannabis sativa plant and unlawful possession with the intent to deliver cannabis on Dec. 2 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Geller allegedly possessed more than 5 but less than 20 cannabis sativa plants in the residence commonly known as 1105 Arrowhead, Apt. A, Collinsville; knowingly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannbis.

Robert M. Blanchard, 49, of 509 N. 59th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of theft on Sept. 1 by East St. Louis police. Blanchard allegedly took property of the East St. Louis Housing Authority, being stoves and refrigerators, governmental property, total value not in excess of $500.

James W. Sanders, 45, of Godfrey, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence. Sanders has two previous driving under the influence charges.

SATURDAY, NOV. 24

Douglas L. Connoyer, 25, of Wood River, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

SUNDAY, NOV. 25

Kyle C. Kappler, 32, of Moro, was arrested on suspicion of driver under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

Nicholas C. Eckert, 19, of Maryville and Tyler J. Wilson, 19, of Glen Carbon were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Eckert and Wilson allegedly burglarized a home Monday in the 6900 block of West Main Street in Maryville. Bond was set at $75,000 on both defendants.
