After the 2008 election, the Rev. Al Sharpton stated, "If you voted for Obama you voted for socialism." That must have resonated well at the White House as Sharpton has been there many times as an invited guest. Now a host on MSNBC, Sharpton lampoons the Republican Party and is rapidly becoming the Rush Limbaugh of the radicals.

The Constitution to him and his ilk is just a piece of paper compiled by "old white men," many of whom were slave owners.

We are supposed to have a system of checks and balances in our government. Executive orders by a president, in my opinion, circumvents checks and balances, to further a political agenda.

Socialism and/or communism seems to be coming on fast. I doubt if our constitutional guarantees will be protected by the CIA, FBI, DEA, AFT, TSA, Homeland Security or what new private army will be raised to "protect us."
