The roads will be dry for metro-east commuters Thursday. But the sky will become increasingly cloudy later in the day as rain moves in overnight and into Friday.
There is a 50 percent chance of showers throughout the day Friday, a 60 percent chance of showers Saturday night and a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms Sunday that could turn into snow Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service.
The high temperature Thursday will continue to be well above normal at 58 degrees.
