Eastbound Interstate 64 will be reduced to one lane of traffic in East St. Louis Saturday.
The Illinois Department of Transportation plans to install a temporary concrete barrier wall along the highway, which will restrict traffic from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday from the Interstate-55-70-64 split to 15th Street.
