Gas prices dipped as low as $3.14 Monday in the metro-east, the first time it dipped that low since January.
According to the American Automobile Association, prices are expected to continue to drop as demand decreases, cheaper winter blends of fuel replace more expensive summer blends and U.S. fuel production has increased to its highest output in nearly two decades.
