It takes courage for the police to shoot a pig

There must be a civilian version of the Medal of Honor that the metro-east can bestow to the courageous Fairview Heights cop who shot the pot-bellied pig. Hopefully, a movie will be made about his man among men.

After this fearless hero receives his medal, let's give a medal to the employees who go the extra mile at the St. Clair Animal Control. Their medal will be called the "incompetent, totally useless" medal. The longer I live, the more I despise Homo sapiens.
