As tragic as the Kansas City Chief murder-suicide is, what's equally troubling is the immediate cries for more deliberate attacks on our personal freedoms. Once again a high profie gun crime gives left-wing wackos like Bob Costas an opportunity to restart the "guns are the reason" mantra. A triple murder in Wyoming only a few days before was virtually ignored by the mainstream media because they were committed with a crossbow, not a firearm. The elitists obviously felt they couldn't rile up the masses frantically screaming for bow and arrow control with their up in arms shouts of phony outrage. Immediately after the Colorado "Batman" movie shootings we heard the half-crazed media calling for more gun control. Do gun control advocates realize that "mroe" guns in the hands of licensed concealed-carry citizens in the theatre that fateful night would have "saved" lives? Recently, and in typical hypocritical fashion, the Attorney General of San Bernardino, California, the state model of left-wing lunacy, told residents to, "lock your doors and load your guns," when the bankrupt town couldn't offer reliable police protection to their law-abiding citizens. Kudos go out to all the NRA members, right-wing conservatives, and gun-rights advocates who courageously fight against the decimation of our Constitution and the transparent scheming to destroy our 2nd amendment rights, because without you, there wouldn't be any guns to load ... except for those illegally in the hands of criminals and felons.
