Jessica R. Missey and Jacob R. Finley are pleased to announce their engagement and plan to marry in May 2013. Jessica is the daughter of David and Eva Missey of Trenton, IL, and the granddaughter of Mary Missey, O’Fallon, IL, and Gloria Pranaitis, Pierron, IL. Jacob is the son of Valerie Finley, Edwardsville, IL, and Kenneth Finley, Marine, Il, and the grandson of Arnold and Gayle Voelkel, Lenzburg, IL, and Darlene Finley, Sparta, IL.

Jessica is a 2009 graduate of Triad High School, and an August 2012 graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Business. She is a Financial Advisor with First Community Credit Union in Granite City.

Jacob is a 2007 graduate of Belleville East High School. He is a laborer with Illinois American Water in Belleville. He also is the owner of Finley Outdoor Services, a landscaping business, and a Volunteer Fireman with the French Village Fire Department.
