The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

SATURDAY, DEC. 8

8:45 a.m. Motor vehicle theft -- Suburban Motors, 3004 W. Main St. The business owner reported sometime overnight a 2002 maroon Dodge Caravan was stolen off the sales lot.

10 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 9800 block of Olympia. The victim reported sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) entered his unlocked blue 1987 GMC van and property was stolen.

10:52 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported two tires punctured on her 2007 Honda Accord. She believes an ex-boyfriend may be responsible for the damage.

11:48 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported sometime overnight a tire on his vehicle was damaged.

12:25 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported sometime overnight a tire on her vehicle was damaged.

12:36 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 400 block of East C Street. The victim reported sometime overnight a tire on her vehicle was damaged.

3:46 p.m. Theft -- Office Max, 5875 Belleville Crossing. Store video captured a man stealing items out of the employees' lockers located in the break room.

8:26 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of South 20th Street. The victim reported he was at his brother's residence to load some old furniture into his truck. After loading the furniture, he went inside his brother's residence for a few minutes. When the victim returned to his unlocked truck, he noticed unknown person(s) had taken items without his permission.

SUNDAY, DEC. 9

2:37 a.m. Assist other agency, pursuit -- East McKinley at Mascoutah. Officers responded to Illinois 15 in reference to an emergency broadcast of a possible suspected driving under the influence. The vehicle was stopped by an Illinois State Police trooper at Illinois 15 and Illinois 159. The suspect vehicle pulled away from the stop and both police units followed (no lights or siren) the vehicle to Mascoutah and East McKinley. A second vehicle stop was conducted, when the suspect vehicle reversed and backed into the state police car. The vehicle fled the scene with both units now in pursuit. The vehicle stopped in the 400 block of Portland, where the driver was placed into Illinois State Police custody.

6:25 a.m. Mental subject -- 1800 block of West Main Street. Officers responded to a report of a Hispanic male damaging property with a knife. Officers located the Hispanic male who was identified. After confronting the subject outside, officers observed the subject enter the apartment complex. The subject was highly agitated, and was actually holding a screwdriver. Officers forced entry into the apartment complex outer door. The subject calmed down and he voluntarily admitted himself to an area hospital.

8:35 a.m. Burglary -- 600 block of South Jackson Street. The victim reported at 8:35 a.m., two men forced entry into a garage window and property was stolen.

9:19 a.m. Drug overdose -- Rotary Park, 110 N. Sixth St. Officers responded to Rotary Park for a report of a subject down. Officers discovered the subject on the ground and unconscious. Emergency medical services arrived and transported the subject to an area hospital. She responded to treatment, but she was not cooperative with police except to say she was celebrating her birthday doing heroin. A male subject was with her but did not offer any information on the heroin she used. Both subjects stated they came to Belleville to go to Bethany Place.

10:35 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- 300 block of Kansas. Neighbors signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for disturbing their peace. The suspect fled into a house as police arrived.

11:49 a.m. Assist St. Clair County -- 300 block of Kansas. Officers assisted deputies with trying to arrest a subject in reference to a harassment complaint that occurred in their venue.

2:20 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Dustin A. Jackson, 20, was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. Jackson was transported for processing.

2:30 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. The suspect was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. The suspect was released at the scene to a relative.

7:41 p.m. Violation no contact order -- 3800 block of Summit. The reporting party stated there is a no stalking/no contact order against the suspect with the protected parties being his children. The children stated the suspect had contact with them at their grandfather's residence. A non traffic citation was signed against the suspect.

10:39 p.m. Battery -- Shenanigans Bar, 15 N. 64th St. The victim reported being battered while drinking at the bar. He stated at approximately 9:10 p.m., someone began to argue with the victim, and then punched him in the face. The victim, who was intoxicated, was dropped off at the Walgreens in Shiloh and later transported to an area hospital for treatment.

MONDAY, DEC. 10

3:20 a.m. Burglary to business -- Casey's, 1706 Mascoutah Ave. A neighbor called and reported the alarm was sounding at Casey's. Officers arrived and observed the front door to be broken out, with property being located in the parking lot.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, DEC. 10

Lawrence B. Grebel, 61, of 8822 Ryegate Court, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving while driver's license is revoked on Oct. 3 by Washington Park police. Grebel allegedly drove a white 2007 Toyota 4-Runner on Bunkum Road in Washington Park while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Andrew L. McKinnon, 43, of 5700 N. Park Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of predatory criminal sexual assault, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, three counts of aggravated assault between April 1, 2011, and Sept. 1, 2011, by Washington Park police. McKinnon allegedly committed an act of sexual assault on a female minor born in 2005. McKinnon possessed a shotgun in his own abode and the person had been previously convicted of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 4, 2002. McKinnon used a deadly weapon, in that he knowingly pointed a pellet gun at three minor females, born in 2005, 2006, and 2009, thereby placing the female minors in reasonable apprehension of being battered.

Melissa Mamino, 30, of 2625 Lebanon Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice, theft on Nov. 20 by Swansea police. Mamino allegedly concealed physical evidence, being a silver bracelet with rhinestones. Mamino took property of Janice Walton, being a silver bracelet with rhinestones, total value not in excess of $500.

Bryant P. Johnson, 23, of 15 Friendship Drive, arrested on suspicion of home invasion on Dec. 5 by Belleville police. Johnson allegedly entered the dwelling of a 13-year-old boy at 225 Freedom Drive, Apt. F, Belleville, knowing the boy to be present within that dwelling place and while armed with a firearm, threatened the imminent use of force against the male minor in that said defendant threatened to shoot the male minor.

William C. Gillum, 24, homeless, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Dec. 5 by Belleville police. Gillum allegedly entered a building doing business as Excelsior Foundry, of Bev Shively, located at 1123 East B St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Anthony Wojtczuk, 22, of 1500 Poplar, Apt. A, Highland, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, great bodily harm on Sept. 4 by St. Clair County sheriff. Wojtczuk allegedly caused great bodily harm to Gene Martin, in that he jumped on him, causing him to fall and break his right leg.

Denean Y. Jackson, 46, of 193 Amelia St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft subsequent, obstructing justice on Dec. 7 by Cahokia police. Jackson allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1511 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being three containers of washing detergent, nine pairs of jeans, and other merchandise, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on June 11, 2012. The defendant knowingly gave false information being that her name was Debra Y. Brown with a date of birth of 4/19/66, but her real name is Denean Y. Jackson with a real date of birth of 5/19/1966.

Dawnell Blackmon, 30, of 512 N. 37th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of two counts of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on Dec. 5 by East St. Louis police. Blackmon allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver less than one gram of a substance containing heroin and one gram of a substance containing cocaine.

Charles A. Marble, 47, of 1720 Wilford Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Marble allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Kelvin B. Rodgers, 45, of 106 Lee Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of public indecency on Dec. 8 by Fairview Heights police. Rodgers allegedly exposed himself at Hobby Lobby, 10850 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights. Defendant had been previously convicted of public indecency on Jan. 31, 2003, and sexual misconduct in the second degree on Dec. 8, 2009.

Yulonda Y. Stewart, 27, of 6100 N. Park Drive, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery on Dec. 9 by Belleville police. Stewart allegedly, while armed with a .9-mm Hi-Point firearm, took U.S. currency from Kelly R. Koh, manager of Jack in the Box, and knowingly took U.S. currency from Sean M . Spiller, an employee of O'Reilly's Auto Parts, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Brandon D. Holmes, 25, of 3528 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 8 by Centreville police. Holmes allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

MONDAY, DEC. 10

Boyce K. Neal, 35, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by Belleville police.

Carlos R. Meaders, 29, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Denean Y. Jackson, 46, of Cahokia, multiple warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Robert J. Grinston, 40, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Joe L. Hackett, 36, two counts of domestic battery by Cahokia police.

Michael W. Townsend, 31, of Dupo, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

James G. Clinton, 53, of Belleville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Kelvin B. Rodgers, 45, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Yulonda Y. Stewart, 27, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery by Belleville police.

Wendell D. Jackson, 24, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

James M. Betts, 19, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault by St. Clair County sheriff.

Annette Rockett, 41, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Bernard P. Dickson, 27, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christina M. Ware, 38, of Swansea, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Theodore P. Meyer, 49, of Tilden, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Leon Lucas, 48, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Toni L. Chapman, 39, of Fairview Heights, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Dachuel J. Davis, 44, of Ferguson, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
