The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, DEC. 10

7:54 a.m. Theft under $500 -- First block of North 11th Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) stole property from his yard.

11:30 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of South 18th Street. The victim reported unknown suspect burglarized her vehicle by smashing her fornt and rear windows out of her car. Property was stolen from the vehicle.

12:34 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Medical Building parking lot, 180 S. Third St. The victim reported sometime between 10:20 a.m. and 12:10 p.m., unknown suspect gained entry into her truck while it was parked on the lot. No property was reported missing.

1:45 p.m. Residential burglary -- 9900 block of Olympia Street. The victim reported between 11 a.m. and 1:38 p.m., unknown suspect(s) burglarized his residence. The suspect(s) rummaged through the residence and property was stolen, along with a handgun.

4:30 p.m. Supplemental, recovery of stolen vehicle -- 1900 block of Mascoutah Avenue. Officers located a 2002 Dodge Caravan that had previously been reported stolen from Suburban Motors.

6:58 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 300 block of West H Street. The victim reported discovering a hole in the wall on the inside his residence. The victim believes a former roommate may be responsible for the damage.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, DEC. 11

Jerrod F. Jones, 24, of 1438 N. 44th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a wweapon by a felon on Oct. 6 by Illinois State Police. Jones allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 1 gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; knowingly possessed in his abode a .9-mm handgun and the person had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of controlled substance on Aug. 14, 2008.

Christopher W. Haentzler, 23, of 31 Kenn Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 10 by St. Clair County sheriff. Haentzler allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Fred B. Rivoire, 40, of 3265 Eastridge Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol on July 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Rivoire allegedly had in her possession a substance containing alprazolam and drove a white 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 on Illinois 177 in Belleville, while defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

Rebecca A. Cox, 31, of 117 Autumn Pine Drive, Apt. 8, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Dec. 10 by O'Fallon police. Cox allegedly transferred Universal Price Code stickers (UPC) from items of merchandise with a price of $1.97 and $2.86 and placed them on a Ghost Train Lego set and a Playstation 3 wireless controller with original retail values of $79.97 and $54.96 respectively, above items of merchandise were offered for sale in a retail mercantile establishment, Walmart, at 1530 W. U.S. 50, O'Fallon, and purchased the merchandise at less than the full retail value with the intention of depriving the merchant of the full retail value. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Dec. 8, 2010.

Jacob M. Briggs, 25, of 132 N. Ruby Lane, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of possession of an amount of a controlled substance on Oct. 12 by St. Clair County sheriff. Briggs allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

David M. Fortune, 30, of 2114 Mousette Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, pregnant, domestic battery and criminal damage to property on Dec. 4 by Cahokia police. Fortune allegedly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Michelle N. Duty, a person who is pregnant, in that he punched Michelle N. Duty in her face; knowingly made physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with Rachel D. Warren, a family/household member, in that said defendant punched Rachel D. Warren in the face; knowingly damaged property of Rachel D. Warren, a door in the residence located at 8 Circle Creek, Cahokia, said damage not in excess of $300.

Casey L. Stowers, 42, of 2600 Bond Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Sept. 24 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Stowers allegedly took merchandise from Home Depot, 1706 W. U.S. 50, O'Fallon, being two Rigid brand 25-foot generator cords, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Dec. 2, 2005.

Brian K. Weathers, 29, of 243 Winchester Place, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Sept. 1 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestsern Illinois. Weathers allegedly carried in a vehicle a .45-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business.

John A. Glowacki III, 21, of 435 Ponderosa Ave., O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis on Aug. 24 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Glowacki allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis and knowingly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY SHERIFF

TUESDAY, DEC. 11

Erica D. Bates, 28, of Belleville, multiple warrant arret by St. Clair County sheriff.

Andrew B. King, 22, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by Illinois State Police.

Steven G. Akers, 47, of New Athens, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by New Athens police.

Brandon D. Holmes, 25, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, possession of a controlled substance by Centreville police.

Myron A. Barbee, 51, of Madison, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Arthur W. Byrum, 23, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nathaniel Young, 26, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Willie J. Jackson, 22, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to state supported land, resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer, warrant arrest by East St. Louis police.

Chester J. Hamilton, 36, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by East St. Louis police.

Larry D. Holman, 34, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, multiple traffic violation by East St. Louis police.

Mandell D. Jackson Jr., 28, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing or disarming a police officer, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Chonta L. Johnson, 33, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Evan D. Caldwell, 20, of O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Jesse G. Morton, 64, of Centreville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shontez R. Lancaster, 33, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, warrant arrest by Centreville police.

Leon Ferguson Jr., 17, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of mob action by Cahokia police.

Jessica A. Mueth, 29, of Dupo, multiple warrant arrest by Cahokia police.

Johnnie C. Adams, 27, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Belleville police.

Rachelle F. Liner, 34, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance by St. Clair County sheriff.

Christian T. Luster, 32, of Centreville, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Shamyia T. Wingate, 22, of East St.Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Darrious L. Bradley, 26, of B elleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Timothy Johnson, 20, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of probation violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Timothy E. Mahan, 38, of Troy, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Brandon A. Aldridge, 20, of East St.Louis, arrested on suspicion of canceled or suspended or revoked license, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

MILLSTADT POLICE

Police are investigating the theft of a concrete swan yard ornament Wednesday in the 200 block of East Laurel Street. The swan was described as 18 inches tall, painted white with an orange bill. The victim also reported vandalism.
