What part of 'illegal' don't they understand?

Published: December 13, 2012

What do they not understand about the word "illegal" in Springfield? Webster's Dictionary defines it as, "unlawful, not accepted." It would be against the law to give illegal immigrants an Illinois driver's license because they aren't supposed to be here anyway.

So, when the illegal immigrants show up at the Department of Motor Vehicles to get their license they could pick them up and send them back to wherever it is they came from. They are going to drive whether they have a valid license or not and just hope they don't get caught. This would be solving two problems at once.

If we were in another country illegally and were caught, we would most likely be jailed and possibly mistreated. Other countries don't give driver's licenses, welfare and health care benefits to illegals. It's just not right when there are as many as 250,000 illegals in Illinois alone. I wonder how many of them are getting some sort of welfare? It is wrong, wrong, wrong.

This is all about politics that go on in Springfield and Chicago. It should not be allowed. What next?

The people of Illinois need to stand up against this legislation. They are draining us dry and for what?

Call your legislators and let them know how you feel.
