ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
THURSDAY, DEC. 13
Tracy J. Carthy, 34, of 24 S. Michigan, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance on Dec. 3 by St. Clair County sheriff. Carthy allegedly acquired possession of a substance containing methylphenidate, by deception in that she represented herself to be the mother of a minor child that the controlled substance was properly prescribed to and presented the official prescription form, issued by the Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse to Walgreen Pharmacy, and took physical possession of the filled prescription for the minor child.
Michael W. Brown, 56, of 6731 Stoneridge Estates, Columbia, arrested on suspicion of harass juror, family member on Dec. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brown allegedly harassed Charlene R. Watson, a family member of a person who may be expected to serve as a witness in a pending legal proceeding, communicated directly with Charlene R. Watson, in that he wrote a letter stating he was, "mad as hell over this evil wicked lie."
D'Laun Ball, 2913 West Blvd. #7, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a debit card on Nov. 13 by St. Clair County sheriff. Ball allegedly with the intent to defraud the issuer, Regions Bank, obtained item(s) of value, being Walmart gift cards, total value exceeding $300, by representing without the consent of the cardholder, William Dunham, that he was the holder of the Regions Bank Visa debit card, issued to William Dunham.
Jeffrey P. Arning, 31, of 2620 Lake Lucerne, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 9 by Shiloh police. Arning allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin.
Alexander Hudson, 20, of 8 Agnes, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of attempted residential burglary on Dec. 11 by Cahokia police. Hudson allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Dollie and Rosie Davis, 34 Louise, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Jeremiah D. Willis Jr., 20, of 55 E. Adams Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Dec. 11 by Cahokia police. Willis allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Dollie and Rosie Davis, 34 Louise, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Travis S. Bertrand, 25, of 528 Wiliamsburg Drive, Apt. D, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of theft on Dec. 11 by Shiloh police. Bertrand allegedly took control over property from Mark Della, being a 55-inch Panasonic Plasma TV, total value in excess of $500.
Stefon N. Hardimon, 18, of 737 Cedar Mill Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Dec. 11 by Shiloh police. Hardimon allegedly entered the dwelling place of Mark Dalle, 3267 Foxborough, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Travionne R. Nave Jr., 20, of 413 Franklin St., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis, theft on Dec. 10 by Alorton police. Nave allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis; obtained control over property from Harry Moore, being one Verizon brand cell phone, total value not in excess of $500.
Carl J. Stroughter Jr., 34, of 2901 Waverly, Apt. 904, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery, great bodily harm on Dec. 10 by East St. Louis police. Stroughter allegedly caused an injury to Robert Breemmium, in that he shot Robert Breemmium in the buttocks with a gun.
Germontez D. Mosley, 21, of 204 E. Center, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, unlawful failure to report change of address on March 11, 2010, by Fairview Heights police. Mosley allegedly failed to renew registration in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with Chief of Police of City of Lebanon, within one year of last registration; failed to notify registering law enforcement agency of change of address within 3 days of change of his residence address, last act being committed on July 31.

Kristin M. Johnson, 32, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.
Will A. Jones, 31, of Killeen, Texas, arrested on suspicion of operating uninsured motor vehicle, traffic violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Aaron D. Jackson, 32, of O'Fallon, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.
Ben J. Mason, 20, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of two counts of battery, illegal consumption by a minor by Lebanon police.
Juan C. Diaz, 21, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no driver's license, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.
Kayla P. Johnson, 20, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of retail theft by Fairview Heights police.
Travionne R. Nave, 20, of Centreville, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 and possession of a controlled substance by Alorton police.
Markon D. Jackson, 34, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Reginald Hopkins, 53, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.
Shakiya V. Alexander, 21, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by Swansea police.
Laurie J. Thomas, 22, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no driver's license, traffic violation, traffic accidents by Belleville police.
Delvarrion D. Harris, 18, of Washington Park, multiple warrant arrest by O'Fallon police.
Deangelo Oliver, 22, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of theft of $300 by Cahokia police.
Jeremiah D. Willis, 20, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by Cahokia police.

Germontez D. Mosley, 21, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of all other sex offenses by Fairview Heights police.

Crystal S. Brewer, 23, of Belleville, warrant arrest by Belleville police.
James E. Farris Jr., 41, of Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by Caseyville police.
Donald R. Thuis, 49, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no registration, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
John A. Harris, 21, of Washington Park, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.
Joshua J. Stewart, 23, of Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property by Washington Park police.
MADISON COUNTY
FRIDAY, DEC. 14
Patrick A. Flanagan, 25, of Alton was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. He was arrested after police found him driving a vehicle in Godfrey, where Flanagan was found possessing approximately an ounce of cannabis.
Christopher E. Robinson, 38, of Marine, was charged Friday with a felony charge of unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver. Robinson was found with 104 grams of cannabis.
Joshua A. Turner, 26, of Marine, was charged Friday with possession of 8 grams of cannabis and cited for operating an uninsured vehicle.
