I would like to know whether a person can file a class action lawsuit against the government. I heard about the chemicals the government sprayed in the 1960s and '70s in downtown St. Louis. I grew up in East St. Louis and every time it storms the winds come from St. Louis. Doesn't anyone care about what it was, or what it can do to people and where else they sprayed it? To me, it's attempted murder.

I can't believe it made the news one day, then faded away. What kind of thinking do these people have?
