After cool weather to start the work week, metro-east residents will get a break from typical December temperatures for a couple of days.
The high on Tuesday will reach 57 degrees under mostly sunny skies. It is expected to reach 56 Wednesday before rainy weather moves in during the evening hours and holds the high down to 42 Thursday with the possibility of a little snow.
