Our prayers go out to the parents in the town of Newtown, Conn. No one wants to talk about this subject. We must have stronger gun control.

In 2005 I made a statement that we have to do more about gun control. This is not to take away guns from the hunters or the people who collect guns. This is for the public in general.

It's time to do something. These individuals are killing children and people for no reason. Think about it: Our children are not safe at school, not safe at the movies, not safe at church. They are not safe walking to church. We as a nation must make a hard decision about guns. Do we protect our children or do we allow this to go on? About every five months we have a shooting of innocent children. We have more deaths in our streets and our schools than in military combat situations.

Please call your congressmen and demand some action. Please, we have to act now to protect our children.
