Police responded to a shooting Wednesday in East St. Louis, according to KSDK.
The shooting occurred about 4:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of 41st Street.
Illinois State Police crime scene investigators and East St. Louis officers were on the scene.
KSDK said an investigator told them the incident was a fatal shooting, but police did not made any public announcements about the victim's condition.
