The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, DEC. 13

6:52 a.m. Domestic battery -- 400 block of Sunrise Drive. Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

8:30 a.m. Burglary -- Dollar Deals World, 5720 N. Belt West, Suite 29. The manager reported that overnight, unknown person(s) forced entry through the back door. The business was ransacked, however it appears no property was taken.

9:05 a.m. Criminal trespass to property -- First block of Ben Louis Drive. Officers discovered Luis Manser, 40, inside the residence after being warned previously not to be there by the landlord. Manser was arrested, transported and released with a notice to appear.

10:30 a.m. Attempted residential burglary -- First block of North 11th Street. The victim reported an unknown subject attempted to steal property from her screened in porch.

3 p.m. Lost, misuse of credit card -- Belleville. The victim stated she believes on Dec. 12, she lost her debit card in the area of 4000 W. Main St. The victim stated on Dec. 13 unknown suspect(s) attempted to use her debit card at Casey's General Store in Belleville.

7:21 p.m. Burglary -- 1000 block of Lebanon Avenue. The victim reported a basement window was broke out and property was stolen from the residence. The victim believes her son may be responsible for the burglary.

9:25 p.m. Supplemental, criminal damage property arrest -- Latrese Powell, 36, was arrested and transported to headquarters for an outstanding non traffic citation for criminal damage that occurred in the 100 block of North Michigan on Dec. 7. Powell was held pending bond.

9:55 p.m. Theft -- 400 block of North Fifth Street. The victim reported between Dec. 10 and Dec. 13, unknown person(s) removed his prescribed medication from his residence.

10:08 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 2700 block of Godfrey. The victim reported his ex-girlfriend/suspect punctured three of the tires on his vehicle. The suspect was gone on arrival. The victim signed a non traffic citation against the suspect for the damage.

FRIDAY, DEC. 14

2:57 a.m. Domestic battery, criminal damage to property, theft -- 3900 block of West Main Street. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her, damaged the door to the residence and took her property. The suspect fled the area but was located by responding officers. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

1:05 p.m. Battery, disorderly conduct -- Belle Valley School, 2465 Amann Drive. A student was arrested after choking the victim in the school cafeteria. The juvenile was released to her mother at the school.

7:14 p.m. Retail theft -- CVS, 4609 W. Main St. Tia Reed, 20, and Tiffany Reed, 23, were observed by a passing officer running out of CVS pharmacy. Upon further investigation it was discovered both subjects had just stolen items from the store. Both subjects were arrested, transported and released after posting bond.

8:59 p.m. Aggravated assault, resisting a peace officer -- First block of North 44th Street. The victim reported while in her car, in the parking lot of her apartment complex, a subject, later identified as Erwin Tate, 56, approached her vehicle behaving erratically. The victim stated Tate began yelling at her, pulled out a handgun, and pointed it at her. The victim fled the scene but later returned and called police. Officers made contact with Tate at his apartment and discovered he was intoxicated and belligerent. Tate resisted officers when they attempted to take him into custody and he had to be subdued. Tate was transported to headquarters.

9:12 p.m. Trespass, disorderly conduct -- Belleville Township High School East, 2555 West Boulevard. A juvenile was arrested during a basketball game at the high school after being involved in a disturbance on campus. The juvenile was transported to headquarters and later released to his mother pending further investigation by the Juvenile Detective Division.

10:46 p.m. Domestic battery -- 800 block of Forest Drive. Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in progress between father and son. On arrival officers discovered the victim and his son/suspect actively fighting. Officers were able to break up the fight and discovered the suspect had bitten his father on the face and was under the influence of alcohol and possibly narcotics. Both subjects were transported to separate hospitals for treatment. Pending further investigation.

SATURDAY, DEC. 15

4:06 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- West Monroe and South 7th Street. Officers responded to a report of an interrupted vehicle burglary on the 600 block of West Lincoln. Three suspects, one white male and two white females fled the scene. Officers searched the area and located the three suspects near the 600 block of West Monroe. All three suspects were arrested, transported, and held pending further investigation.

6:10 a.m. Supplemental-domestic battery arrest -- The suspect was arrested after being released from an area hospital. The suspect was transported to headquarters and held pending further investigation.

4:29 a.m. to 9:22 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 600 block of West Lincoln, 100 block of South 9th Street, 900 block of West Monroe Street, 500 block of Centerville Avenue, 400 block of South 8th Street and 700 block of West Lincoln. Multiple unlocked vehicle were entered and property was stolen. Possible suspects in custody for investigation.

9:20 a.m. Domestic battery -- First block of South 76th Street. The suspect was arrested after punching his girlfriend/victim. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

2:34 p.m. Retail theft, subsequent -- K-Mart, 7230 Westfield Plaza. The suspect was observed stealing a pair of jeans from the store. The suspect ran from security and was apprehended a short time later by officers. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

7:06 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Gas Mart, 300 S. Green Mount Road. The victim reported being involved in an argument with her boyfriend/suspect, at which time he struck her vehicle with his fists numerous times, leaving dents. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival.

SUNDAY, DEC. 16

12:58 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance -- Lucinda at East B Street. The driver was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. A controlled substance was located in her purse. The driver was transported and held pending further investigation.

12:14 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 500 block of West Monroe Street. The victim reported between Dec. 14 at 9 p.m. and Dec. 15 at 1 p.m., unknown person(s) stole property from her vehicle.

3:32 p.m. Armed robbery -- 300 block of West Park Drive. The victim reported an unknown suspect entered the vehicle the victim and witness were in. The suspect took the victim's property and fled the area on foot. The victim reported following the suspect until the suspect turned and displayed a knife in his hand.

6:11 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- Mascoutah Avenue at Green Mount Road. The victim reported driving down Mascoutah Avenue when two black male teenagers threw rocks at his vehicle, causing damage. The victim turned around and confronted the subjects and ntoiced one of them appeared to have a handgun in his waistband. Both subjects fled the scene in the direction of Green Mount Commons. Both suspects were later arrested in that area on an unrelated charge.

6:38 p.m. Conspiracy to commit armed robbery, disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer -- 2608 Green Mount Commons. Officers responded to the area of Green Mount Commons shopping center for a report of two black male subjects entereing several of the businesses (Hardees, Jimmy Johns, and Easy Buffet) armed with a handgun. Officers responded to the area and located the suspects who split up and fled on foot. Both suspects were apprehended after foot pursuits. One suspect was located in the men's room at Wendy's and the other in the construction site at Southwestern Illinois College. Both suspects were transported and later released to their respective parent, pending further investigation.

7:30 p.m. Fugitive arrest -- North Park Drive at East Park. Deandre Horne, 21, was arrested for outstanding warrants during a suspicious person call and transported by officers to the St. Clair County Jail.

9:21 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 2600 block of Dutch Hollow Road. The victim reported returning to his residence and discovering the front door opened and damaged. The victim called police and officers responded, clearing the residence. The victim reported property had been stolen.

10:23 p.m. Armed robbery -- Gas Mart, 421 S. Belt West. Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at the gas station at Freeburg and South Belt West. The suspect, dressed all in black with a ski mask, was armed with a handgun, forced the employees into the back room, took their property, and forced them to empty the cash register. The suspect then fled the scene on foot northbound on Freeburg Avenue before officers arrived on the scene.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, DEC. 17

Jeffrey T. Robinson, 41, of 41 Holly Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Dec. 14 by Swansea police. Robinson allegedly took merchandise from Aldi's, 1708 N. Illinois St., Swansea, being 16 packages of bratwursts, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of burglary on Oct. 9, 1996.

Dustin J. Bevineau, 18, of 123 S. 8th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary to motor vehicle on Dec. 14 by Belleville police. Bevineau allegedly entered a 2002 Oldsmobile located at 514 W. Monroe in Belleville with the intent to commit theft therein.

Terrell L. McCaleb, 18, of 4 N. 44th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery (two counts), on Dec. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. McCaleb allegedly took property, being a laptop computer and cell phone from the person of Aaron Vintes, by threatening use of force. McCaleb knowingly, while armed with a firearm, took property, being a wallet, watch and ring from the person of Brandon Cook, by threatening the use of force.

Brandon S. Harris, 18, of 235 Hobson Lane, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of burglary to motor vehicle on Dec. 15 by Lebanon police. Harris allegedly entered a Hyundai Sonata, located at 701 College Road, in Lebanon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Wilson Suggs III, 40, of 111 W. Second St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense (two counts), on Nov. 3 by Cahokia police. Suggs allegedly made physical contact with Naomee D. Robinson, a family/household member, in that Wilson Suggs III stuck a knife in her mouth and stabbed Naomee Robinson thereby causing Naomee Robinson's hand to get cut. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on Jan. 23, 2009.

Jahri D. Miller, 17, of 4743 Piggott, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 15 by Centreville police. Miller allegedly carried a black handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or his abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant was engaged in a misdemeanor violation of the Cannabis Control Act.

Carondeontre L. Barrow, 18, of 3236 Gross Ave., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated arson, knowing people were present and aggravated battery on Dec. 13 by miscellaneous agencies. Barrow allegedly while committing an arson, knowingly partially damaged a building of Cheryl Harrell being a residence, located at 57 Jaruis Place, Alorton, knowing that or reasonably should have known that Cheryl Harrell was present therein; knowingly caused bodily harm to Cheryl A. Harrell, a person over the age of 60 years, in that he threw liquid fire on her face.

Steven L. Thomas, 23, of 1400 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 17 by East St. Louis police. Thomas allegedly carried in a vehicle a firearm at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current FOID Card.

Ramone D. Criddle Jr., 33, of East St. Louis, multiple warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Marilyn J. Davis, 21, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of no driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Terry D. Brooks, 30, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Douglas A. Martens, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

George Mills, 60, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by Caseyville police.

Jennifer R. Koenig, 23, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, two traffic violations by St. Clair County sheriff.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

MONDAY, DEC. 17

Richard B. Dunnavant, 41, of Edwardsville was charged with two felony charges of domestic battery, subsequent. Dunnavant was previously convicted of domestic battery in Madison County on July 6, 2010.

FEDERAL COURT

MONDAY, DEC. 17

Corey Cotton, 33, of East St. Louis pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon. Cotton is scheduled for sentencing on April 5, at which time he faces a maximum potential sentence of 10 years in prison.

Reginald Davis, 26, Washington Park was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for illegally possessing a firearm.

FRIDAY, DEC. 14

Todd Turner, 26, East St. Louis pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.
