The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, DEC. 17

7:35 a.m. Criminal trespass -- 1000 block of Lebanon Avenue. The victim reported his stepson/suspect for trespassing. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending investigation of residential burglary that occurred on Dec. 13.

9:44 a.m. Residential burglary -- First block of North 44th Street. The victim reported between 6 a.m. and 9:44 a.m., unknown person(s) broke out a window on the southeast corner of the house to gain entry and steal property.

10:13 a.m. Residential burglary -- 400 block of North Belt East. The victim reported between 7:40 a.m. and 10:10 a.m., unknown suspect(s) kicked open his front door and stole property.

11:50 a.m. Domestic battery -- 600 block of South Third Street. The victim reported her husband/suspect battered her. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

2:21 p.m. Arson -- Bellevue Park. Unknown person(s) attempted to set the bathroom on fire.

5:27 p.m. Burglary -- 1100 block of Bel Aire. A subject was observed running from a residence with property and entered a vehicle. At 12:51 a.m., officers learned Caseyville Police Department had detained a subject, possibly involved in the burglary. The subject was picked up and transported, where he was held pending further investigation.

6:16 p.m. Burglary -- 300 block of West C Street. The victim reported on Dec. 13 a subject entered her residence and property, including a handgun, was taken from her residence.

7:16 p.m. Theft -- First block of Buckingham. The victim reported between Dec. 14 and Dec. 17, property was stolen from her residence.

7:19 p.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 2400 block of East Main Street. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect made threats over email violating an active order of protection.

8:53 p.m. Domestic battery -- 800 block of South Illinois. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her during an argument. The victim had minor scratches and refused medical attention. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

9:25 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 1700 block of Jamestown Road. The suspect was arrested after it was reported that she and the victim became involved in an argument and the suspect struck the victim with her vehicle before leaving the area to call the police. Abbott responded to transport the victim to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

TUESDAY, DEC. 18

1:52 a.m. Domestic disturbance, driving under the influence -- 2400 block of Mascoutah Avenue. Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1700 block of Mascoutah. While en route officers were advised the male subject left the scene in a green Chrysler Pacifica. Officers located and stopped the vehicle. The driver, Chester L. Jackson, 45, appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Jackson was arrested, transported and held pending bond.

10 a.m. Home invasion, residential burglary -- 1500 block of Dewey. Two men forced entry into the residence by forcing open the rear door. The subjects battered the victim's 21-year-old son, who was in the residence, and stole property. The subjects fled the area.

10:40 a.m. Disorderly conduct, battery -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. Three females, Joy Parker-Stapleton, 46, Latavia Fortney, 35, and Rahmahlea Rodgers, 19, were arrested for fighting with each other at the hospital. Fortney and Rodgers were released on scene with a notice to appear. Parker-Stapleton was also charged with battery, transported, and held pending bond.

1:08 p.m. Attempt to locate vehicle, possession of hypodermic needles, traffic -- 400 block of North 41st St. Keith Branson, 32, was arrested after officers located a vehicle that had been taken without the owner's permission. Branson was driving while suspended. Hypodermic needles were located in the vehicle. Branson was transported to headquarters, where he was issued several traffic citations and an non traffic citation for possession of hypodermic syringes. Branson posted bond and was released.

2:14 p.m. School lockdown -- Union School, 20 S. 20th St. The police department received a report of a male armed with a rifle at Union School. Multiple officers responded to check the school and students. The subject surrendered to officers, stating he had been playing in the woods.

3:14 p.m. Retail theft -- Ben's Craft Store, 112 E. Main St. Jennifer True was arrested after taking merchandise she did not purchase. True was transported and released after posting bond.

4:54 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 100 block of Portland. The reporting party discovered a window on his sister/victim's residence was forced in. Nothing appeared to be damaged or tampered with inside the home.

5:40 p.m. Traffic accident, driving under the influence -- Taco Bell, 3 South Belt East. The driver/suspect was arrested after being involved in an accident on the parking lot, appearing to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. The suspect was transported and held pending felony charges.

6:12 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 5700 block of North Belt West. The victim reported unknown subject(s) forced entry through the rear door of her residence and property was stolen.

6:29 p.m. Unlawful use of a credit card -- Phillips 66, 1200 Royal Heights Road. The victim reported she used her credit card to purchase gas at the pumps at the gas station. When she returned home she could not locate the card. She later discovered a second purchase was made with her card without her knowledge or permission.

6:37 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1100 block of Olive Street. The victim reported her vehicle was spray painted as it sat at the residence overnight. The damage occurred on the passenger/rear of the vehicle.

7 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence -- 1600 block of North Belt West. Guy Mitchell, 51, was arrested after being located intoxicated. Mitchell was transported and held pending sobriety.

7:17 p.m. City fighting, juvenile -- 200 block of East McKinley. The reporting party stated a juvenile subject approached her and other juveniles in the back yard. This subject started an argument with another unknown male juvenile.

8:01 p.m. Burglary to a vehicle -- Live Rite, 1024 Carlyle Ave. A witness observed a subject exiting the victim's vehicle. The subject fled from the area on foot. Property was stolen from the victim's vehicle.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19

2:44 a.m. Domestic battery -- 600 block of North 28th Street. The victim reported her husband/suspect battered her. The suspect drove the victim to an area hospital, where they were both seen by hospital staff. After being released, the suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

6:46 a.m. Theft under $500 -- 500 block of North Charles Street. The victim reported she believed her daughter/suspect took property from her residence yesterday.

8:38 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- Lindenwood University, 2300 block of West Main Street. Lindenwood staff observed a suspect enter the victim's vehicle while parked on the parking lot of 2300 West Main Street. The suspect was observed by officers, still in the victim's vehicle. The suspect fled on foot and was apprehended after a foot chase. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

3:02 p.m. Forgery -- First Bank, 6233 W. Main St. Two women cashed fraudulent checks. The suspects were gone on arrival.

5:27 p.m. Domestic battery -- 300 block of West Park Drive. The suspect was arrested when officers responded to a report of a disturbance and discovered she had arrived at the victim's residence and started an argument and physical altercation with the victim. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

9:30 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 200 block of North 14th Street. The victim reported discovering her 2004 gray in color Dodge Ram missing from its parking space on the roadway in front of her residence. The incident occurred between 10 a.m. and 8:45 p.m. There was no sign of forced entry and the victim believes her son may have taken the vehicle.

10:17 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- 1700 block of Stevens Street. The victim reported discovering her 2009 silver in color Toyota Corolla missing from her driveway. There was no sign of forced entry and the victim believes her son may have taken the vehicle. A short time later, East St. Louis Police Department discovered the vehicle wrecked and abandoned in the 200 block of Collinsville Street.

10:35 p.m. Suspicious incident -- First block of Chadwick Drive. The victim reported an unknown subject, with sandy blonde hair, wearing a dark jacket and dark pants, knocked on her front door stating he was an Imo's Pizza delivery man. The victim told him no one at the residence ordered any pizza, but the subject was insistent, and attempted to force a pizza box into her hands. At that time the victim's husband approached the door and the subject's demeanor changed. The subject then left the scene in a red 4-door sedan. The victim said he contacted three different Imo's Restaurants in the area and none had any record of a delivery to her address or even general area.

11:21 p.m. Battery, theft -- 3900 block of North Park Drive. The victim reported getting into an argument with a friend/suspect over missing property that she believed the suspect had taken. During the altercation the suspect began striking the victim in the head numerous times. The suspect fled the scene prior to officer's arrival.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

TUESDAY, DEC. 18

Marlon A. Taylor, 45, of 701 S. 15th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Nov. 24 by Millstadt police. Taylor allegedly exerted control over property of Richard Schmidt, doing business as Inland Technologies, located at 700 B and H Industrial Court, Millstadt, total value in excess of $500.

Kimberly A. Nihells, 41, of 701 S. 15th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Nov. 24 by Millstadt police. Nihells allegedly exerted control over property of Richard Schmidt, doing business as Inland Technologies, located at 700 B and H Industrial Court, Millstadt, total value in excess of $500.

Brandon S. Harris, 18, of 235 Hobson Lane, Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Nov. 21 by Lebanon police. Harris allegedly entered a 1993 Oldsmobile, of Hope Waters, located at McKendree University G Lot, Lebanon, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Christopher L. Lewis, 24, of 4036 Kathy Drive, Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint and three counts of domestic battery on Nov. 8 by East St. Louis police. Lewis allegedly detained Tressa Ball in that he grabbed and pulled her back inside the apartment against her will, as she attempted to leave; knowingly made physical contact of an insulting nature with Tressa Ball, a family/household member, in that said defendant grabbed her about the body, threw her down and grabbed her by the hair.

Joel S. Simons, 38, of 810 Dewey St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence on Dec. 16 by St. Clair County sheriff. Simons allegedly while under the influence of alcohol, drove a black 2001 Ford Ranger on Illinois 161 in Belleville. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving under the influence on Dec. 1, 2009.

Ryan T. Adams, 28, of 312 N. 10th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of residential burglary on Dec. 10 by Belleville police. Adams allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Steven Dashner, located at 1010 Lebanon Ave., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19

Deravion D. Allmon, 19, of 604 Ganim Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of attempted residential burglary on Dec. 17 by Shiloh police. Allmon allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, by knowingly and without authority trying to enter the dwelling place of Pamela Crawford, 621 Plankway, Shiloh, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Johnnie E. Poe, 52, of 1102 Colas, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 18 by East St. Louis police. Poe allegedly carried on his person a .9 mm handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current valid FOID Card.

Kurt A. Swanson, 45, of 3516 Smelting Works Road, Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 26 by St. Clair County sheriff. Swanson allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

THURSDAY, DEC. 20

Terry L. Smith, 10608 Lincoln Trail, Apt. 6, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful restraint, domestic battery, bodily harm, interference with reporting domestic violence on Dec. 18 by Fairview Heights police. Smith allegedly detained Patricia Henry against her will in that by use of physical force and threats the defendant prevented Patricia Henry from leaving the residence at 10608 Lincoln Trail, Apt. 6, Fairview Heights; knowingly made physical contact with Patricia Henry, a family/household member, in that said defendant, pushed Patricia Henry down, causing her to strike her head; knowingly attempted to prevent Patricia Henry from calling 911. Defendant had been previously convicted of aggravated domestic battery on Sept. 24, 2002.

Jason M. Harrington, 36, of 901 Dartmouth Drive, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked driver's license, subsequent on May 20 by Fairview Heights police. Harrington allegedly drove a black 2003 Ford F-150 on Highway 50 in Fairview Heights, a time when defendant's driver's license was revoked. Defendant had been previously convicted of driving while license is revoked on Sept. 30, 2011.

Bert Massena, 19, of 8765 Maple Ave., Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property on Nov. 30 by Caseyville police. Massena allegedly damaged property of Anthony Crossland, a motor vehicle, a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier while located at 1 Rauckmann Drive, without consent, said damage being in excess of $300.

Ronald R. Walker-Cox, 20, of 1040 Brookshire Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated discharge of a firearm and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Dec. 8 by Cahokia police. Walker-Cox allegedly discharged a firearm at the building at 617 Range Lane, Cahokia, a building he should reasonably have known to be occupied by a person; knowingly possession a firearm, at a time when he was not on his own land or in how own abode or fixed place of business and not on the land of another as an invitee with that person's permission, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant did not possess a valid FOID Card.

Joshua P. Gansmann, 24, of 712 Bristown, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Dec. 17 by Belleville police. Gansmann allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Sherry Cox, located at 1135 Bel Aire, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Dustin R. Green, 20, of 1212 Wabash Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Dec. 17 by Belleville police. Green allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Sherry Cox, located at 1135 Bel Aire, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft therein.

Shontez L. Redd, 20, of 315 St. Leonard, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Dec. 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Redd allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Joseph D. Kizart, 18, of 217 Freedom Drive, Apt. Q, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery on Dec. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Kizart allegedly while armed with a dangerous weapon, a firearm, knowingly took property, being a laptop computer and cellphone from the person of Aaron Vintes, by the use of force; knowingly took property, being a wallet, watch and ring from the person of Brandon Cook, by the use of force.

Johnaver T. Robinson, 23, of 719 Caroline St., Rear, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated cruelty to an animal on Dec. 18 by Belleville police. Robinson allegedly intentionally committed an act that caused a companion animal, a cat, to suffer death, in that he shot the cat with a BB gun, thereby causing its death.

Norman J. Stuckey, 58, of 308 S. 53rd St., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of threatening a public official on Dec. 19 by St. Clair County sheriff. Stuckey allegedly delivered to Benjamin Henning, a public official, a threat that placed Benjamin Henning in reasonable apprehension of future bodily harm, and the threat was conveyed because of the performance of Benjamin Henning's duties as an Assistant State's Attorney for St. Clair County.

TUESDAY, DEC. 18

Antonio C. Williams, 39, of Lebanon, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by Lebanon police.

Joyce Jackson, 55, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Belleville police.

Dustin S. Denson, 27, of Granite City, warrant arrest by Brooklyn police.

Carondeontre L. Barrow, 18, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated arson by Alorton police.

Kevin C. Eubanks, 50, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct, resisting, obstructing or disarming the peace officer by East St. Louis police.

Steven L. Thomas, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon by East St. Louis police.

Torry L. Jackson, 40, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by East St. Louis police.

Tyler C. Ingrum, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Bryan K. Shaw, 23, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of resisting, obstructing, or disarming a peace officer by St. Clair County sheriff.

Wilson Suggs III, 40, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Cahokia police.

Blake M. Stonecipher, 19, of Swansea, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis by St. Clair County sheriff.

Lamar A. Dew, 29, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis, suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Leonard Fields, 26, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, illegal transportation, suspended or revoked driver's license, two traffic violations by Illinois State Police.

Thomas L. Hood, 30, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Ryan T. Adams, 28, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary, parole violation by Belleville police.

Shontez L. Redd, 20, of Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent and probation violation by Cahokia police.

Cedric Mitchell, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of no registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, suspended or revoked driver's license by St. Clair County sheriff.

Stefanie Irons, 46, of Cahokia, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Donte T. Armstead, 24, of Chesterfield, Mo., warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Felesha Willis, 35, of East St. Louis, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Joshua P. Gansman, 24, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary by Belleville police.
