The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

MONDAY, DEC. 24

7:21 a.m. -- Burglary to residence -- 1800 block of West Main Street. The reporting party stated he located a damaged lock on the door to an apartment. The reporting party notified the landlord and the police department. It is unknown at this time if any property was missing.

8:29 a.m. -- Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of South 16th Street. The victim reported unknown person(s) entered his unlocked car and property was stolen.

9:12 a.m. -- Armed robbery -- Cress Currency, 1423 W. Main St. An employee/victim reported a subject described as a black male in his early 20s, approximately 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6, wearing an oversized black hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants, entered the business and attempted to gain access to the office. The suspect fled on foot and was last seen at the rear of the business.

11:51 a.m. -- Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Hi Point. The victim reported between Dec. 22 and Dec. 24 unknown person(s) entered her vehicle and property was stolen.

12:19 p.m. -- Theft of copper wiring -- along Illinois 161 east of Lebanon Road. An AT&T representative stated between Dec. 21 and 23, approximately 1,000 feet of copper wiring was removed from utility poles.

5:31 p.m. -- Overdose/possession of drug paraphernalia -- 700 block of East Adams Street. Officers responded to a report of a drug overdose. On arrival, officers located the subject unconscious on the couch. Next to the couch, officers located multiple drug paraphernalia items. EMS responded and transported the subject to an area hospital for treatment.

6:14 p.m. -- Burglary to residence -- 800 block of Centerville Ave. The victim reported returning home and discovering the window open to his residence and property missing. The victim stated the incident occurred between noon and 6:14 p.m. and that the window had been left unlocked.

9:55 p.m. -- Traffic stop/possession of a controlled substance/driving revoked -- 2000 block of Belleville West Parkway. The driver/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop when officers discovered he was driving on a revoked license. A controlled substance was located in the suspect's vehicle. The suspect was transported to police headquarters and later transported to St. Clair County Jail, held pending further investigation.

11:18 p.m. -- Domestic battery -- First block of Dale Allen Drive. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her during an argument. The suspect fled the scene prior to officer arrival.

TUESDAY, DEC. 25

3:05 p.m. -- Residential burglary -- 400 block of Highwood Drive. The victim reported sometime during the last 24 hours, unknown person(s) kicked open a rear door to the residence and property was stolen.

6:48 p.m. -- Domestic battery/theft -- 200 block of South 17th Street. The victim reported getting into an argument with her boyfriend/suspect, at which time the suspect threw her to the floor and struck her about the head with his fists. The suspect was gone prior to officer arrival.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 26

12:28 A.M. -- Traffic stop/possession of a controlled substance -- North Douglas at Oak. The three occupants of the vehicle were arrested during a traffic stop after officers discovered a controlled substance in their possession. The suspects were transported to police headquarters and later transported to St. Clair County Jail, held pending further investigation.

FRIDAY, DEC. 21

Stefanie Irons, 46, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

Donte T. Armstead, 24, of Chesterfield, Mo. was arrested on a warrant.

Felesha Willis, 35, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua P. Gansmann, 24, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary.

Dustin R. Green, 20, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary.

Daveontay A. Brown, 25, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of residential burglary.

Tremaine McNamee, 45, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of delivery or possession with intent to sell an illegal substance.

Ronald R. Walker-Cox, 20, of Belleville was arrested on a warrant.

Curtis Jordan III, 22, of East St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of an aggravated battery.

Thelma M. Wofford, 31, of Centreville, was arrested on a warrant.

Bert L. Massena, 19, of Caseyville, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property.

Tonisha C. Moran, 20, of Fairview Heights, was arrested on a warrant.

Clifton L. Bardo, 38, of Sparta, was arrested on suspicion of a domestic battery.

Sarkis A. Mikaelian, 29, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of a burglary.

Brishai J. Conrad, 22, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of retail theft.

Lastara D. Thomas, 22, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of theft over $300.

Johnaver T. Robinson, 23, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Hickey D. Thompson, 40, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of an aggravated battery.

Andrew C. Ilgenfritz, 24, of New Baden, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Tyrone Charles, 23, of Sparta, was arrested on a warrant.

SATURDAY, DEC. 22

Carlos L. Wilson, 28, of Swansea, was arrested on a warrant.

Thomas B. Kelley, 24, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua A. Whitehead, 20, of Collinsville, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Damiene M. Young, 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Jose F. Cruz, 32, of Collinsville, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a license, illegal entry to the United States and violating Illinois Traffic codes.

Letez V. Mayfield, 35, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Mark B. Burnett, 23, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of the unlawful use of a weapon.

Frizell Brett, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

LeBaron D. Wright, Jr., 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

Anthony R. Evans, 40, of East St. Louis was arrested on a warrant.

Bernard P. Dickson, 27, of Swansea, was arrested on a warrant.

Maurice S. Morris, 44, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of driving without registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Chad N. Roberson, 41, of Glen Carbon, was arrested on suspicion of the illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license and a warrant.

SUNDAY, DEC. 23

Trisshannon J. Miller, 22, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Jerry Carter, 36, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Ernest L. Duty Jr., 19, of Cahokia, was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft.

Vincent Clayburne, 50, of St. Louis, was arreted on a warrant.

Matthew E. Fauke, 24, of Waterloo, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and reckless discharge of a firearm.

Christopher D. Bejoile, 32, of Washington Park, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license and failing to wear a seatbelt.

Toricka R. Broaden, 29, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Joseph C. Bean, 48, of East St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land.

Curtis R. Lee, 23, of St. Louis, was arrested on three warrants.

Dameon O. Young, 27, of St. Louis, was arrested on three warrants.

John R. Smith, 35, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license, violating the Illinois vehicle code and a warrant.

Delandos C. Lawrence, 21, of Fairview Heights, was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation and three warrants.

Andrea M. Adkins, 25, of Fairview Heights, was arrested on two warrants.

Roger Nash, 44, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failing to wear a seatbelt and violating the Illinois traffic code.

MONDAY, DEC. 24

Jason A. Reising, 33, of Swansea, was arrested on three warrants.

Dwayne A. White, 48, of Freeburg, was arrested on a warrant.

Brian T. Clark, 45, of New Athens, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license, failing to wear a seat belt and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Terry Respondek, 40, of Eldorado, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property.

Reginae C. Smith, 21, of Belleville, was arrested on suspicion of a battery.

Oamini N. Johnson, 29, of Newport, Arkansas, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

Carlos D. Hogan, 25, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Parish M. Holmes, 23, of Washington Park, was arrested on a warrant.

Chester D. Davis, 39, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

Orlandus Searcy, 29, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a probation violation.

Dawn A. Firczak, 54, of Sunrise Beach, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Shana Holman, 31, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Steven C. Washington, 48, of Fairview Heights, was arrested on suspicion of a sex offense.

Lynn M. Hummert, 41, of St. Libory, was arrested on a warrant.

TUESDAY, DEC. 25

Jason L. Lacy, 29, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Lately O. Thomas, 32, of Washington Park, was arrested on two warrants.

Genesha S. Martin, 21, of Collinsville was arrested on a warrant.

Darwin M. Hudson, 24, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Denzel R. Watts, 22, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Franklin C. Spriggs, 49, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of assault and resist, obstructing or disarming a peace officer.
