The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

FRIDAY, DEC. 28

8:27 a.m. Residential burglary -- First block of Mariknoll. The victim reported between Dec. 21 and 26, unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door of the residence and property was stolen.

9:38 a.m. Theft under $500 -- Kelso Auto Body, 700 Sherman. The business owner reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) stole property from four trailers parked on his lot.

10:40 a.m. Suspicious vehicle -- IL Health Care and Family Services, 1220 Centreville Ave. The reporting party stated employees have observed a suspicious subject sitting on the lot for several days at different times during the morning hours watching employees. On Friday, a supervisor approached the vehicle and the vehicle quickly left the area.

11:52 a.m. Harassment by telephone -- 900 block of North Charles. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect has called her and threatened to harm her.

4:30 p.m. Residential burglary -- 1700 block of Page. The victim reported between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., unknown suspect(s) forced entry to the front door of the residence and property was stolen.

8:35 p.m. Disturbance-fugitive arrest -- 4400 block of W. Main St. Johnathan Franklin, 19, was arrested after officers, investigating a disturbance at McDonald's discovered he had outstanding warrant out of Belleville for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Franklin was given a notice to appear and released.

9:28 p.m. Traffic stop/possession of controlled substance -- 1900 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The driver/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop after officers located cannabis and a controlled substance in his possession. The suspect was transported to police headquarters and later transported to the St. Clair County Jail and held pending further investigation.

9:29 p.m. Recovery of stolen vehicle -- 1800 block of Central Plaza Drive Officers investigating a report of a suspicious abandoned vehicle discovered a 1996 purple Pontiac Grand Am, returned to an address in O'Fallon. The vehicle appeared to be ransacked. O'Fallon Police Department was contacted and their officers responded to the registered address in attempt to contact the owner. O'Fallon officers discovered the residence had been burglarized.

SATURDAY, DEC. 29

1:57 a.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 1700 block of Jay Avenue. Officers responding to a report of a disturbance discovered the victim and his cousin/suspect were involved in an altercation at which time the suspect stabbed the victim in the head with a butcher knife. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. The suspect was transported to police headquarters and held pending further investigation.

2:31 a.m. Domestic battery/vehicle taken without permission -- Gas Mart, 300 South Green Mount Road. The victim reported getting into an argument with her live-in boyfriend/suspect in the parking lot of Gas Mart at which time the suspect grabbed her and threw her to the ground. The suspect then left the parking lot in the victim's vehicle.

SUNDAY, DEC. 30

12:23 p.m. Domestic battery -- 200 block of Gettysburg. The victim reported her boyfriend/suspect battered her during an argument. The suspect fled the area and was located walking to the MetroLink, by officers and arrested. The suspect was found to have cannabis and drug paraphernalia on his person. The suspect was transported to police headquarters and held pending further investigation.

8:35 p.m. Aggravated battery/domestic battery -- Memorial Hospital, 4500 Memorial Drive. Two subjects were arrested after causing a disturbance at the hospital. Hospital security reported being flagged down by the victim, who stated her boyfriend/suspect had battered her. Security officers approached the suspect, who pushed several of the security officers. As security was in the process of detaining the suspect, a second suspect began pushing and shoving the security officers, attempting to get them off of the first suspect. Both suspects were transported to police headquarters and held pending further investigation.

10:21 p.m. Theft -- First block of Kingery Court The victim reported the suspect came to her residence, struck up a conversation with her, and while she sat on the couch, he unhooked and unplugged her TV and walked out of the residence with it.

11:54 p.m. Accident/DUI -- 1100 block of West Boulevard. Officers responded to a possible accident in which a vehicle appeared to have hit a sign. The driver appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. The driver was arrested, transported to police headquarters and held pending possible felony subsequent DUI charges.

FRIDAY, DEC. 28

Tillman M. Hunt-Salaam, 21, of San Angelo, Texas, was arrested on a warrant.

Darrell K. Minor, 55, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, the illegal transportation of alcohol and violating the Illinois vehicle code.

Laqueeta C. Lewis, 26, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Anthony C. Ware, 48, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of delivering or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Artavis T. Jennings, 30, of Washington Park, was arrested on a warrant.

Terry L. Washington, 21, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of sale or deliver of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug equipment, resisting, obstructing or disarming a peace officer and a warrant.

Danrell C. Gossett, 22, of Caseyville, was arrested on a warrant.

Leangelo M. Newton, 29, of Caseyville, was arrested on a warrant.

Calvin S. Robinson, 25, of Washington Park, was arrested on a warrant.

Raymond E. McCraw, 38, of Cahokia, was arrested on two warrants.

Tracy J. Dennis, 43, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Paula J. Daley, 61, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Renaldo Brownlee, 37, of East St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Terrance T. Watson, 32, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant.

Ashley N. Farkosh, 25, of O'Fallon, was arrested on a warrant.

Ryan M. Koch, 30, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

Dustin A. Jackson, 20, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of criminal trespass to land.

Antwane D. Taylor, 36, of Dupo, was arrested for suspicion of domestic battery.

Aarkassia R. Avant, 20, of Alorton, was arrested on a warrant.

Jamal A. MacCou, 22, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.

Lutricia A. Cotton, 28, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Shawn Riggins, 23, of Cahokia, was arrested on three warrants.

Daniel H. Winiecki, 27, of Bethalto, was arrested on a warrant.

Kristen S. Braddix, 24, of Washington Park, was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua F. McIntosh, 36, of Swansea, was arrested on a warrant.

Quinessa L. Gardner, 23, of Belleville, was arrested for suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, not having a drivers license, a violating the Illinois traffic code.

Timmy L. Ladd, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Bernard Foster, 45, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Gary J. Lattina, 38, of Mascoutah, was arrested for suspicion of domestic battery.

Anthony J. Vaughn, 32, of Alorton, was arrested for suspicion of not having a valid FOID card, not having registration, driving on a canceled, suspended or revoked drivers license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, a seatbelt violation and a warrant.

Amber D. Laytham, 32, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant.

Albert Spears, 38, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Shannon Benavidez, 32, of Belleville, was arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Tiana R. Johnson, 24, of Belleville, was arrested for driving under the influence, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Cortez Tidwell, 30, of Granite City, was arrested on a warrant.

Robin L. Turnbull, 43, of Cahokia, was arrested on two warrants.

David W. Mullen, 45, of Collinsville, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Daniel C. Tucker, 23, of Cahokia, was arrested on three warrants.

Christopher J. Birdwell, 20, of Caseyville, was arrested on a warrant.

Stacy L. Robertson, 48, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land.

Tabitha R. Cole, 23, of High Ridge, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

Shirley D. Emerson, 41, of East St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license an violating the Illinois vehicle code.

Dominic T. Combs Jr., 22, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Kurt D. Kellenberger, 49, of Columbia, was arrested on a warrant.

SUNDAY, DEC. 30

Charles R. Hart, 38, of Collinsville, was arrested on a warrant.

Fredrix N. Washington, 44, of Washington Park, was arrested on suspicion of a suspended or revoked drivers license and a warrant.

Manuel Ramirez-Guillen, 42, of Fairmont City, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Orlando L. Givens, 25, of Centreville, was arrested on a warrant.

Arteenet R. Cain, 26, of Belleville, was arrested for suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Robert C. Emig, 45, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant.

Albernetta L. Napper, 19, of Cahokia, was arrested on two warrants.

Gabriel Miles, 29, of Granite City, was arrested on a warrant.

Justin A. Foster, 30, of St. Louis, was arrested on three warrants.

Taneka L. Price, 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested on two warrants.

Gary D. Jones, 30, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license.

Walter D. Noble, 31, of Belleville, was arrested on a warrant.

Richard H. Denning, 43, of Millstadt, was arrested for suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license and violating the Illinois traffic code.

Carlie K. McCauley, 21, of Sparta, was arrested on a warrant.

DeMarro S. Hurd, 27, of East St. Louis, was arrested for suspicion of driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license and a warrant.

Jeremiah D. Rush, 29, of Belleville, was arrested on two warrants.
