A Shiloh man has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography after a computer store employee tipped police off about photos on his machine.
Thomas Siefert of the 100 block of Eberhart Drive, was charged with two Class 3 felony counts after a two and a half-month investigation by the Shiloh Police Department.
The police were tipped off about the photos Oct. 13 and the case was submitted to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office Dec. 31.
Siefert remains in the St. Clair Co. Jail on $250,000 bond.
