The Illinois State Police arrested three individuals and issued citations to 29 others during extra evening patrols conducted Dec. 14, 15 and 28 in Madison and St. Clair counties.
The three arrests were alcohol/drug related. Citations were issued for the following offenses: 18 for occupant restraint, seven for driver's license and one for registration.
