The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Thursday, Jan. 3

6:24 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 200 block of North 41st Street. The victim reported between 3:45 and 5:45 p.m., unknown person(s) gained entry to her vehicle while it was parked in the driveway and property was stolen.

3:28 p.m. Domestic battery -- 2100 block of East Belle Avenue. The victim reported being battered by the suspect in the parking lot. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation. DCFS was notified of the incident, as it occurred in the presence of their child.

4:59 p.m. Attempted burglary -- 3800 block of North Park Drive. The victim reported returning home and discovering a window damaged and open. The incident occurred between 2 and 11 p.m. Jan. 1.

6:52 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2608 Green Mount Commons. Carnell Barnes, 28, was detained by employees after they observed Barnes conceal merchandise and leave the store without paying for the items. Barnes was arrested, transported and held pending bond.

9:25 p.m. Burglary -- First block of North 98th Street. The victims reported returning home and discovering their apartment door open, two windows broken out, the residence in disarray with property missing.

11:19 p.m. Armed robbery, kidnapping -- 2200 block of Frank Scott Parkway. The victim reported he was walking down the road when a dark blue four-door sedan, occupied by three unknown males pulled up to him, forced him into the car, robbed him, and dropped him off at a different location in East St. Louis.

11:36 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 800 block of North Charles. The victim reported being awakened by two subjects yelling outside her residence. When she requested they stop, one of the subjects, Jennifer E. Jackson, 29, attempted to fight her. Jackson left the area. At 2:05 a.m., Jackson was arrested on the nontraffic citation for disorderly conduct. Jackson was transported and held pending bond/sobriety.

FRIDAY, JAN. 4

12:35 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence, subsequent -- Carlyle Avenue at Green Mount Commons. The driver/suspect was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

1:42 a.m. Burglary -- 200 block of Freedom Drive. The victim reported returning to his residence and discovering items missing. The incident occurred between midnight. and 1:42 a.m.FRIDAY, JAN. 4

1:34 p.m. Harassment -- 700 block of West C Street. The victim reported her ex-boyfriend/suspect has been sending her threatening text messages.

2:30 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 3300 block of Seven Pines Drive. The victim reported unknown person(s) entered his vehicle and property was stolen.

6:20 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- First block of Creston Arms Court. The victim reported while he was making a delivery for China King, he left his vehicle unlocked. When he arrived two black males were standing outside. When he exited the building both subjects were gone. The victim then discovered someone had entered his vehicle and property along with an ignition key was stolen.

8:35 p.m. Traffic stop, possession of cannabis -- 17th Street at Dale Crest. Brandon D. Cole, 20, was arrested during a traffic stop after he was found in possession of cannabis. Cole was transported and released after posting bond.

11:35 p.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- Mascoutah Avenue at Greenmount. Marena Faulkner, 45, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. Faulkner was transported and released after posting bond.

SATURDAY, JAN. 5

1:53 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- North Illinois at West G Street. Daniel L. Schanuel, 26, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. Shanuel was transported and released after posting bond.

3:45 a.m. Disorderly conduct -- 400 block of North Fifth Street. Adam C. Carter, 26, was arrested after causing a disturbance. Carter was transported and released after posting bond.

4:20 a.m. Battery -- 1800 block of East A Street. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance during which Don C. Danley, 50, pushed the victim. Danley was arrested, transported, and held pending bond.

7:51 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1600 block of Sherborne. The victim reported parking her vehicle on the roadway overnight and when she came out this morning she discovered several windows on her vehicle had been damaged.

10:02 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 4100 block of West Main Street. The victim reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered his vehicle by unknown means and damaged the dashboard while removing the in-dash car stereo.

1:34 p.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 100 block of North 42nd Street. The victim reported between Jan. 4 and Jan. 5, unknown subject(s) gained entry into his gray 2011 Kia Sorento, and property was stolen.

2:44 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1400 block of Lebanon Avenue. A juvenile was arrested after he broke several items inside the residence, and resisted the responding officers. The juvenile was transported to headquarters and C.H.A.S.I. was notified.

9:31 p.m. Driving under the influence, accident with injuries -- South Belt East at South Church Street. The driver was arrested after he caused an accident that injured the passenger in the other vehicle. The driver appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect was transported and held pending felony driving under the influence charges.

SUNDAY, JAN. 6

12:16 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- 1700 block of Mascoutah Avenue. Richard Lehnen, 47, was leaving Silver Creek Saloon when he mistakenly entered and started the wrong Ford F-150. The owner of that vehicle stopped him prior to him leaving the parking lot. Lehnen then entered his F-150 and drove off as officers arrived. Officers conducted a traffic stop during which Lehnen appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Lehnen was arrested, transported and released after posting bond.

1:54 a.m. Theft -- First block of Pageant Court. The victim reported her friend/suspect was at her residence and after an argument was asked to leave. She later discovered property was missing.

5 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 300 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported approximately 5 a.m. unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his gray 2011 Chevrolet Impala and property was stolen.

1:41 p.m. Dog at-large -- 1400 block of Radiance. Dorothy L. McKinney, 49, was issued a nontraffic citation after allowing her three black dogs to run at-large in the city.

1:44 p.m. Domestic battery, criminal damage to property -- Memorial Hospital, 4600 Memorial Drive. The suspect was arrested after striking his girlfriend/victim during an argument. The suspect also damaged a telephone. A nontraffic citation was signed for the damage to property. The suspect was transported to headquarters.

6:51 p.m. Burglary to shed -- First block of Royal Heights Court. The victim reported between Saturday and Sunday a padlock was removed from a storage locker and property was stolen.

8 p.m. Domestic battery -- 3900 block of North Belt West. The victim reported her father/suspect battered her in their residence. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending charges.

8:20 p.m. Domestic battery -- First block of Rue Deauville. A juvenile was arrested after he sprayed pepper spray into the eye of his brother/victim during an argument. The juvenile was transported and later released to his mother.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JAN. 3

Changa J. Bakar, 37, of 4110 Old School House Court, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a victim over 60 years of age. Bakar allegedly made physical contact with Richard Dorrough, a person over the age of 60 years, in that he struck him in the face.

Donald V. Snowden, 30, of 121 Winchester Place, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, two counts of domestic battery on Jan. 1 by Fairview Heights police. Snowden allegedly strangled Sarah Williams, a family/household member, in that he grabbed her by the throat and applied pressure; made physical contact with Sarah Williams, a family/household member, in that he threw her to the floor and struck her about the face and body with his hands.

Danielle D. Smith, 30, of 2713 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on Jan. 1 by Belleville police. Smith allegedly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Gayle M. Gaubatz, 50, of 1330 N. 17th St., Swansea, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. Gaubatz allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grrams of a substance containing cocaine.FRIDAY, JAN. 4

Calvin S. Robinson, 25, of 741 St. Martin, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on Dec. 7 by Cahokia police. Robinson allegedly strangled Jeree S. Dwalt, a family/household member, in that he put a pillow over her face thereby impeding the normal breathing by blocking Dwalt's nose or mouth; put a towel around her neck thereby impeding the normal breathing by applying pressure to her throat; struck her about the face with his hand.

Nicholas D. Beaver, 21, of 5418 Rosemont, Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on March 11 by the Illinois State Police. Beaver allegedly while operating a motor vehicle, a white 1995 Cadillac, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Brian Ewing, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said white 1995 Cadillac to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

Robert C. Price, 22, of 423 Jefferson, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 13 by the Illinois State Police. Price allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Charmaine L. Lusk, 2416 Gaty, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Jan. 3 by Cahokia police. Lusk allegedly took merchandise from Shop N Save, 1028 Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia, being five bottles of liquor, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft on Dec. 18, 2008.

Deanna L. Loyet, 46, of 38 Edgewood Lane, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of theft on Oct. 15 by the St. Clair County sheriff. Loyet allegedly took property of Charles Clark, being U.S. currency, total value in excess of $500.

Justin N. Parks, 22, of 2510 Pine St., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Jan. 3 by Fairmont City police. Parks allegedly entered a building, a shed, of Luis Rafael Padilla-Rios, 5200 Collinsville Road, Lot 31, St. Clair County, with the intent to commit theft.

Kelvin T. Brooks, 22, of 3926 Walnut, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery to pregnant person on Jan. 2 by Alorton police. Brooks allegedly commited battery, in that he made physical contact with Kayla Johnson, a pregnant person, in that he grabbed her and pushed her into the wall knowing she was pregnant at the time and struck Johnson with his hand, knowing her to pregnant at the time.

Reginald D. Jackson, 24, of 6530 Julian Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Jan. 1 by Brooklyn police. Jackson allegedly carried in a vehicle a 7.62 x 39mm, AK47 pistol at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 2

Lionel Snipes, 52, of 808 Ridge St., Alton, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of retail theft over $300 and one count of retail theft, subsequent. Snipes allegedly attempted to return merchandise that hadn't been paid for Tuesday at the Walmart in Godfrey. He also was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis as he allegedly had 1.5 grams of cannabis on his person. In addition, Snipes was identified as a suspect in two previously reported retail thefts from the Godfrey Walmart on Dec. 18-19.

FRIDAY, JAN. 4

Mark T. Bull, 29, of 3 Hickerson Place, Alton, and Brandon S. Tate, 28, of 396 Prairietown Road, Dorsey, were arrested on retail theft. Bull and Tate allegedly stole a car stereo system, a television and DVD player from the Walmart in Godfrey.
