Blues fans asked to provide input about the settlement

Published: January 8, 2013

All right, St. Louis Blues fans, I know you're out there. You've somehow made it through the lockout, you're trying to locate that T.J. Oshie or David Backes jersey and now you're ready for some NHL hockey.

Or maybe not.

Are you a disgruntled season ticket holder who refused to plunk down hard-earned cash this year for Blues tickets? Did you used to go to a handful of games and now won't be going at all?

Or are you excited about the season started and ready to head back to Scottrade Center?

Or have you vowed never to return again after yet another lockout that cost the NHL nearly 40 percent of it season?

Are you a local restaurant or bar and grill owner that derives a big chunk of its winter income from die-hard Blues fans coming in to watch their favorite team? We want to hear from you, too.

The News-Democrat is planning on doing a story focusing on how fans and business/bar owners feel about the Blues returning for a shortened NHL season. Please email your comments to reporter Norm Sanders at nsanders@bnd.com. Make sure to include your name, where you live, and a phone number where you can be reached.
