But roads will stay dry and the clouds will break up as the day moves along, according to the National Weather Service. The high temperature is expected to reach 53 degrees.

The Wednesday forecast calls for a high temperature of 54 degrees under sunny skies. On Thursday there is an 80 percent chance of rain with a projected high of 62 degrees.
