Lindenwood University cheapskates bought a multimillion-dollar piece of taxpayer property for $1 and in May 2011 had Belleville give them a parking lot between the 29th Street railroad tracks and the house at 2400 West Main free of charge.
They spend money like it is going out of style, but they are still freeloading from the taxpayers of Belleville.
