Police looking for man named 'Moo-Cow' in Parkfield Terrace murder probe

The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis is looking for a person interest in connection with a fatal shooting Friday night near Cahokia.

Sanchez M. Garner, 24, of Cahokia, was shot to death about 7:35 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Amelia Drive in the Parkfield Terrace neighborhood.

Police are looking for John L. Harris Jr., 25, whose nickname is "Moo-Cow," in connection with the shooting, said O'Fallon Police Lt. James Cavins, deputy commander of the Major Case Squad.

Sixteen investigators with the Major Case Squad were investigating the homicide Saturday.
