The following report appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

Saturday

12:50 p.m. CHILD FOUND UNATTENDED - 200 block of N. 45th St. The reporting party stated she located a child, 2, wandering the area, in his pajamas for approximately 20 minutes. Officers located the child's father, who was inside the residence asleep. The child's mother responded to the scene. DCFS was notified of the incident.
