Metro-east residents are in for another cold day Tuesday with morning commute temperatures in the upper teens and a high of 29 degrees expected.

According to the National Weather Service, it will be partly cloudy Tuesday. But roads should be dry for motorists throughout the day.

The temperature is expected to be a bit warmer Wednesday with a high of 42 degrees under mostly sunny skies. The high is expected to reach 36 Thursday, 46 Friday and 49 on Saturday with no rain expected the rest of the week.
