Olivia Cornell and Matthew Jobes were married August 25, 2012 at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Belleville, IL.

The bride is the daughter of John and Mary Cornell of Lebanon, IL. The groom is the son of Denny Jobes and Lynn Jobes (decd.) of Lebanon, IL.

Emily Jobes, sister of the groom, was the Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were: Daisy Cornell and Melody Cornell, sisters of the bride. Maddie Christ, cousin of the bride, was the Flower Girl.

Alexander Chebaro, friend of the groom, was the Best Man. Groomsmen were: Nathan Krumsieg and Craig Hoolihan, friends of the groom. Gavin Christ, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer. Ushers were: Mike Schaal and John Christeson, friends of the groom.

Organ, piano, and vocals were provided by Dennis York, Jennifer Hund, and Sue Delorme.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in bioengineering. She will pursue a related career upon the couple’s upcoming move to Charleston, SC.

The groom is a 2006 graduate of Lebanon High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2010, he received his commission as an officer in the United States Air Force and completed Undergraduate Pilot Training in 2012. He is currently undergoing C-17 pilot training at Altus AFB, OK.

They reside in Altus, OK, and will be moving to Charleston, SC, in March.
