Dale and Erma Jean Vandiver of Belleville celebrated their 60th anniversary with a family dinner, January 2013 at Agostino’s Restaurant in Fairview Heights, IL.

Dale and the former Erma Jean Hoffmeister were married January 10, 1953 at Grace Presbyterian Church, Crystal City, MO, by the Rev. Jacob Dashen.

Dale is owner of the Vandiver Agency, Farmers Insurance, in Belleville, IL. Erma Jean is a retired Executive Director of a Presbyterian Church (USA) marriage & family ministries organization. Dale and Erma are active members of First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville.

They have two sons, Mark, of Belleville and Rick (Stacy), of Atlanta, GA. They have three grandchildren: Caroline, Catherine, and Barrett of Tacoma, WA; and two step-grandchildren, Jordyn and Jessica Williams of Atlanta.
