The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, JAN. 10

6:31 a.m. Theft -- Town House Motel, 400 S. Illinois. The victim reported discovering U.S. currency missing from her wallet after her friends left her hotel room.

11:20 a.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Jessica Mack, 18, was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without purchasing the items. Mack was transported and released after posting bond.

12:32 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Breana Akins, 19, and a juvenile were arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. Both were transported to headquarters. Akins was released after posting bond. The juvenile was released to a guardian.

2:30 p.m. Violation of no contact order -- First block of Kircher Place. The victims reported the suspect violated the no contact order by attempting to force open a window. The suspect was gone on arrival and evidence of window being tampered with was observed.

2:45 p.m. Mob action -- Laderman Park, 1105 Mascoutah Ave. The victim reported he was jumped by four people while he was at the park. Several of the subjects were known to the victim.

5:20 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 300 block of North Virginia. The victim reported between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., unknown person(s) forced open the front door to his residence and property was stolen.

6:20 p.m. Theft -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported property was stolen from the unlocked locker he placed his property in while he was at the YMCA.

6:58 p.m. Attempted burglary, criminal damage to property -- 1900 block of East A Street. The victim reported between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., someone attempted to kick in his front door.

7:08 p.m. Theft of mislaid property -- CVS Pharmacy, 4609 W. Main St. The victim reported while she was waiting to pick up her prescriptions, he dropped U.S. currency. The suspect picked up the currency and refused to give it back to the victim. The suspect left the scene prior to officer's arrival.

9:23 p.m. Driving under the influence, accident -- 600 block of Garden Boulevard. Freddie King was taken arrested after he was involved in an accident. King appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. The passenger in the vehicle was transported to an area hospital for treatment. King was transported and released after posting bond.

FRIDAY, JAN. 11

2:26 a.m. Traffic stop, zero tolerance driving under the influence, driving suspended -- 600 block of South Belt East. Ryan Dawson, 19, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. Dawson was transported and released after posting bond.

9:05 a.m. Theft -- Sun Loans, 8 Bellevue Park Plaza. The manager reported between Dec. 31 and Jan. 11, unknown suspect(s) stole an air conditioning unit from the building.

9:50 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 500 block of South Jackson Street. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through the rear window of her vehicle while it was parked.

2:29 p.m. Residential burglary -- 1800 block of East C Street. The victim reported between Jan. 9 and Jan. 11, unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the front door of her residence and property was stolen.

3:10 p.m. Battery -- Burger King, 2508 Green Mount Commons. The victim reported being battered by the suspect when he was struck about the face and head area as he entered the business. The suspect fled in a silver Chevy Impala. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for battery.

10:10 p.m. Traffic stop, warrant arrest -- 9400 block of West Main Street. Thomas M. Data, 25, was arrested during a traffic stop after it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant out of Mason County. Date was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

11:02 p.m. Burglary -- 9400 block of West Main Street. The victim reported between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m., she was at her residence and removed property from her storage room (located in the basement of the complex). The victim left the storage room unsecured as they dined in the apartment and upon returning to the storage room the victim discovered several items missing.

11:18 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence, investigation of theft -- 100 block of West F Street. The suspect was found lying in the roadway highly intoxicated. EMS responded and the suspect refused medical treatment. The suspect was transported and held pending sobriety. During processing at headquarters, several items were found on the suspect's person that were previously reported stolen.

SATURDAY, JAN. 12

12:21 a.m. Criminal damage to residence -- 100 block of West Monroe. The victim reported that as he sat in his front room he saw several teens walk by the front of his residence. The victim heard a large crash at his front door and discovered a brick partially through the door and the young teens running away in different directions.

12:37 a.m. Violation of an order of protection -- 200 block of South 11th Street. The victim reported the suspect called her and threatened her over the phone violating the active order of protection.

2:37 a.m. Vehicular hijacking, invasion -- Steak N Shake, 4320 W. Main St. The victim reported while ordering food in the drive-thru line a suspect approached and entered her vehicle. The suspect inferred he had a gun in his possession, however one was never displayed. The suspect ordered the victim to drive him to Fairview Heights, but she refused. Eventually the suspect was dropped off near the Town House Motel, where he left the scene on foot. Officers located the suspect in the 400 block of North Illinois, where he was arrested. The suspect was transported and held pending further investigation.

11:55 a.m. Traffic stop, possession of a controlled substance -- Illinois 15 at Centerville Avenue. The driver/suspect was arresteed during a traffic stop after being found in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was transported and later transported to the St. Clair County Jail and held pending further investigation.

12:50 p.m. Child found unattended -- 200 block of North 45th Street. The reporting party stated she located a child wandering the area, in his pajamas for approximately 20 minutes. Officers located the child's father, who was inside the residence asleep. The child's mother responded to the scene. DCFS was notified of the incident.

1:49 p.m. Burglary to vehicle, criminal damage to property -- Belleville East High School parking lot, 2555 West Blvd. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) broke out the rear window of her vehicle.

2:49 p.m. Burglary -- The Recovery Group, 921 South Belt West. The owner reported between Jan. 11 at 6 p.m. and Jan. 12 at 10:30 a.m., unknown suspect(s) forced entry into his building and stole numerous electronics.

6:42 p.m. Traffic accident, warrant arrrest -- North 40th Street at West Main Street. Officers responded for a car accident and discovered Kyle J. Adkisson, 23, had an outstanding warrant out of Monroe County. Adkisson was arrested and transported to the St. Clair County Jail.

10:24 p.m. Disturbance, fight -- 1400 block of West A Street. Officers responded to the residence for a report concerning three subjects involved in drunken argument. One subject had damaged the glass on an entrance door and was injured. The subject was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

11:04 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- Schatze's Bar, 2301 E. Main St. Employees reported James C. Noce, 32, was refusing to leave the business. Noce was arrested, transported and released after posting bond.

11:52 p.m. Threats -- 700 block of East Garfield. The victim reported the suspects had threatened her over the phone.

SUNDAY, JAN. 13

1:18 a.m. Investigation of possible battery -- 800 block of Union. The victim reported being attacked by two suspects while all three were at one suspect's residence. The victim went to his residence, where he contacted police.

1:35 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- 900 block of South Illinois. The driver, Keith L. Tisdale, 40, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. Tisdale was transported and held, pending bond.

12:42 p.m. Burglary to residence -- 200 block of Highwood Drive. The victim reported between 10 a.m. and 12:40 p.m., the front door of the residence was forced open and property was stolen.

2:21 p.m. Motor vehicle theft -- YMCA, 2627 Carlyle Ave. The victim reported between 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., his beige 2007 Honda Accord was stolen. The victim stated his keys to the vehicle were removed from his personal property that was placed in an unlocked locker.

7:36 p.m. Domestic battery -- 200 block of North 44th Street. The victim reported being battered by the suspect during an argument. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.

MONDAY, JAN. 14

12:40 a.m. Disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property -- 3900 W. Main St. The victim reported the suspect damaged her window near the front door while he was gathering items and loading them into his vehicle. The suspect was gone on arrival.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JAN. 10

Todd D. Horn Sr., 46, of 217 Sunset Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked license on Jan. 8 by Millstadt police. Horn allegedly drove a silver 2002 Chrysler Town and Country van on Floraville Road in Millstadt, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

James R. McDaniel, 34, of 8652 Triple Lakes Road, Dupo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, participation in methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials on Jan. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. McDaniel allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver 100 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; participated in the manufacture of 100 grams or more but less than 400 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine; knowingly had in his possession methamphetamine manufacturing material, being muriatic acid, ammonium nitrate and lithium strips with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Timothy M. Milkovich, 26, of 323 Sycamore St., Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and retail theft on Oct. 11 by Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois. Milkovich allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin. He also knowingly took possession of merchandise from Home Depot, 1706 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being safety gloves and carpenter's pencil, total retail value not in excess of $300.

Misty D. Ward, 31, of 71 W. Adams, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Jan. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Ward allegedly had in her possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.FRIDAY, JAN. 11

Walter M. Hankins II, 46, of 749 N. 71st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft on Jan. 9 by O'Fallon police. Hankins allegedly took possession of merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being beverages, food products and other assorted merchandise, total retail value in excess of $300.

Lowanda J. Smith, 17, of 320 Greystones, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery to a police officer and retail theft on Jan. 10 by O'Fallon police. Smith allegedly caused bodily harm to Officer Bradley Thomas, in that she bit Thomas on the right hand, knowing him to be a peace officer engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; and took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50 in O'Fallon, being baby formula, a Chi-Air flat iron and a canopy hamper, total retail value in excess of $300.

Peter D. Hill, 40, of 4866 Carter Ave., St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent offense on Jan. 10 by O'Fallon police. Hill allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being Playstation games, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail theft over $150 on Sept. 14, 2010.

Brandt W. Sharp, 28, of 3127 Glenwood St., St. Ann, Mo., arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 13 by Fairview Heights police. Sharp allegedly had in his possession less than 5 grams of a substance containing methamphetamine.

Tyrone Miller, 40, of 1262 P.O. Box 1262, Alorton, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on Jan. 9 by St. Clair County sheriff. Miller allegedly possessed with intent to deliver more than 30 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

Brenda M. Everts, 17, of 208 N. 44th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing on Jan. 10 by Belleville police. Everts allegedly while operating a motor vehicle, a 2002 Ford Taurus, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Jeffrey Sheary, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights, which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing Everts to bring said vehicle to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and that when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, Everts traveled at a rate of speed 21 mph over the legal speed limit and disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being stop signs.

Anthony S. Fedro, 22, of 2723 Buxton Ave., Granite City, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 20 by Fairview Heights police. Fedro allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing oxycodone.

Devon J. Gilkey, 19, of 18 N. 79th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful posession of cannabis on Jan. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Gilkey allegedly had in his possession more than 30 grams but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

MONDAY, JAN. 14

Virgil E. Campbell, 60, of 1163 Dawn Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse between Oct. 25, 2008 and March 25, 2009 by St. Clair County sheriff. Campbell allegedly committed an act of sexual abuse with a female, a minor, date of birth Oct. 25, 1993. Defendant was at least 5 years older than the female minor.

John L. Harris, 24, of 726 St. Paul, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder on Jan. 11 by St. Clair County sheriff. Harris allegedly without lawful justification and with the intent to kill or do great bodily harm to Sanchez Garner, shot Sanchez Garner in the back, thereby causing his death.

Sheklia L. Bolden, 27, of 563 N. 86th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of financial identity theft on Oct. 1, 2011, by Fairview Heights police. Bolden allegedly used personal identification inforamtion of Shamica Smith, being the name of Shemica Smith, to fradulenty obtain AT&T wireless cellular phone service.

Chiffon D. Blanchard, 23, of 1524 Fathom Drive, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer on Jan. 12 by Fairview Heights police. Blanchard allegedly, while operating a motor vehicle, a white 2005 Pontiac G6, was given an audible signal by a police officer, Andrew Ward, who was in police uniform, by Ward ordering the defendant by yelling "stop" with his voice and banging his hand against the defendant's vehicle, directing the defendant to bring said white 2005 Pontiac G6 to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police oficer and then when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, the defendant caused property damage in excess of $300.

Stacey R. Baker, 39, of 1663 Hartman Lane, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on revoked license on Dec. 1 by O'Fallon police. Baker allegedly drove a black 2004 Cadillac CTS on Hartman Lane in O'Fallon, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked.

Richard A. Emig, 43, of Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and three traffic violations by Mascoutah police.

Richard A. Pujol, 64, of St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

A.L. Jones, 48, of Alorton, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

Corey J. Griffin, 34, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

Ryan M. Schofro, 29, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of probation violation by Probation Department.

William T. May, 43, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery by Belleville police.

Cynthia R. Tuggle, 45, of Trenton, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Albert L. Grant, 58, of East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, no registration, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Amanda R. Anderson, 24, of Ballwin, Mo., arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

Rakee K. Hendrix, 22, of St. Louis, warrant arrest by Fairview Heights police.

Daniel L. Flood, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of suspended or revoked driver's license, traffic violation by St. Clair County sheriff.

Patrick D. Shively, 22, of Granite City, arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence of, traffic violation, traffic accidents by Illinois State Police.

Jason R. Calhoon, 33, of East Carondelet, arrested on suspicion of all other disorderly conduct by St. Clair County sheriff.

Nelda P. Cobb, 30, of Waterloo, warrant arrest by St. Clair County sheriff.

Cortez B. Guyton, 23, of Sparta, warrant arrest by Lenzburg police.
