A Granite City man faces 30 years in prison for producing child pornography.
Jason E. Starko, 36, was sentenced Friday in federal court on a two-count indictment charging him with producing child pornography.
Starko also was ordered to serve a 20-year term of supervised release on both counts, to run concurrently, fined $1,250, and ordered to pay a $200 special assessment.
Starko pleaded guilty to the offenses on Aug. 8; he had been detained since his arraignment on Dec. 23, 2011.
