Casey Marie, daughter of Christy Spensberger & William Bailey of Carlinville is engaged to Robert Neal, son of Teresa & Ron Bay, Sr. of Collinsville.

Casey is a 2002 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a 2011 graduate of Blackburn College. She is a Technical Assistant at Travel Services in Litchfield, IL.

Robert is a 1998 graduate of Collinsville High School. He is a Route Sales Rep for Nestle DSD in Earth City, MO.

They are planning a September 7, 2013 wedding.
