Temperatures were bitterly cold at 6 a.m. Tuesday with a thermometer reading of 14 degrees and a wind chill factor of 1 degree.
Things aren't expected to get much better as the day goes on. The high is expected to only reach 22 degrees and a 5- to 7-mph northwest breeze will make the temperature seem as if it's in the mid-teens.
There is a slight chance of snow flurries Tuesday and skies will be mostly cloudy throughout the day.
The temperature will rebound a little bit Wednesday with a high of 38 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
