The temperature will be warmer Friday than earlier in the week with a predicted high of 42 degrees.
Metro-east residents could see some light, spotty rain before 7 a.m. Friday which may cause slick spots during the morning commute. But, according to the National Weather Service, roads should by dry for the drive home as the cloudy skies begin to clear by mid-morning.
On Friday night the low temperature is expected to drop to 19 degrees. On Saturday a high of 33 is predicted under mostly sunny skies, and on Sunday there is a 60 percent chance of precipitation with a high temperature of 42 degrees.
