ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

THURSDAY, JAN. 24

Dallas L. Rivers, 21, of 1122 St. Bartholomew Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding on Jan. 21 by Cahokia police. Rivers allegedly while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency from Roimero Harris, by threatening the imminent use of force; knowingly while operating a motor vehicle, 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, was given a visual sign by a police officer, Kyle Waddington, who was in police uniform and driving a vehicle which displayed illuminated, oscillating, rotating or flashing red or blue lights which when used in conjunction with an audible horn or siren would indicate the vehicle to be an official police vehicle, directing Rivers to bring said Monte Carlo to a stop, willfully fled or attempted to elude the police officer and when willfully fleeing or attempting to elude the police officer, disobeyed two or more official traffic control devices, being Camp Jackson Road and St. Paul Drive, Cahokia, and Route 3 and Camp Jackson Road, Cahokia; and willfully traveled at a rate of speed of 21 mph over the legal speed limit.

Chaze J. Rogers, 24, of 820 LaSalle, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery on Jan. 21 by Cahokia police. Rogers allegedly while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency from Roimero Harris, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Christopher B. Smith Jr. 26, of 6953 Russell Ave., Centreville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery and driving with a suspended driver's license on Jan. 23 by the Centreville police. Smith allegedly made physical contact with Jamal Jackson, in that he punched and bit Jackson knowing Jackson to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; drove a silver Chevrolet Impala on Elm St. in Centreville, at a time when defendant's driver's license was suspended.

Mark L. Coleman, 26, of 4872 San Francisco, St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful possession of stolen motor vehicle on Jan. 23 by Cahokia police. Coleman allegedly who was the driver of a white 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and who was not entitled to the possession of that vehicle and who knew that the vehicle was stolen, willfully failed to obey the direction of a peace officer and who signaled said defendant to bring said vehicle to a stop.

Garrick E. Recker, 23, of 9916 NA Darmstadt Road, Lenzburg, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 23 by Washington Park police. Recker allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver less than 5 grams of a substance containing, 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

Christian Lewis, 19, of 1453 Falling Springs Road, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon on Jan. 23 by East St. Louis police. Lewis allegedly carried on his person a .38 caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business, uncased, loaded and immediately accessible. Defendant had not been issued a current FOID Card.

Kevin D. Kean, 37, of 219 Town House Motel, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Jan. 23 by Fairview Heights police. Kean allegedly took merchandise from Kohl's, 6109 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being pillow cases, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft, subsequent in Madison County.

Rochelle A. Lafour, 24, of 212 Abend St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Jan. 23 by Fairview Heights police. Lafour allegedly took merchandise from Kohl's, 6109 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, being pillow cases, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of Residential Burglary on July 16, 2012.
