Once again a St. Clair County judge has proven to the public that she is somehow above the law. Judge Julie Katz dismissed charges against the Perry County sheriff.
The residents of St. Clair County are used to cops getting off the hook. Most of the judges in this county are no better than the criminals they prosecute or the cops they let go.
Just another bozo on the bench.
