Occupancy permits and how many people can live in a house is a big topic with the Belleville mayor and aldermen.

Lindenwood University has many single-family houses for students and many have six or seven cars in the parking lots behind or on the side of the houses. I wonder if Lindenwood is under the same regulations as Belleville homeowners and taxpayers and citizens, and I wonder if the property tax assessments will reflect the improvements and upgrades on the houses?
