Swansea resident Donna Koudelka has withdrawn her petitions asking for judicial review of the village's Electoral Board's decision to keep trustee candidates Katherine Ruocco, Scott Ross and Jeffrey King on the April 9 ballot.

Koudelka had filed petitions for judicial review with the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk's Office and a hearing was set for Friday morning. However, she filed three motions for voluntary dismissal Wednesday with the circuit clerk, and her motion was approved by the judge in all three cases.

Ruocco, Ross and King will appear on the April 9 ballot.

Koudelka originally objected to Ruocco, Ross and King's nominating petitions, because they did not specify whether they were running for a two- or four-year trustee position on their petitions. All are running for a four-year trustee seat.
