Gun laws won't stop killings

Published: January 31, 2013

AP reports 40 homicides in Chicago in January and says police state there's a need for tougher gun laws and penalties. This from the city that already had gun laws so tough that they were found unconstitutional. Paste that to the fact that Chicago has had 300 members of its police force convicted of crimes in the last 50 years.

Is this President Obama's vision for America? If so, the nation is approaching the status of a "failed state."
