WEDNESDAY, JAN. 30
Lecourtney A. Luckett, 32, of 2027 Violet, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of home invasion and criminal sexual assault by force on Jan. 25 by East St. Louis police. Lecourtney A. Luckett allegedly entered the dwelling of Shonnece Hackett, 1214 Divison Ave., East St. Louis, knowing Shonnece Hackett to be present within that dwelling and committed a criminal sexual assault by the use of force.
Ceasar M. Burris Jr., 34, of 3 Lenora Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Jan. 29 by Cahokia police. Burris allegedly entered into the dwelling of Trevon Mosley, 39 Delores, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Darrell S. Tomlin, 28, of 13 Marilyn Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Jan. 29 by Cahokia police. Tomlin allegedly entered into the dwelling of Trevon Mosely, 39 Delores, Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Chiragkumar G. Patel, 26, of 305 Americana Circle, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on Jan. 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Patel allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver a substance containing a compounds structurally delivered from 3-(1-naphthoyl)indole.
Govind Patel, 56, of 305 Americana Circle, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession with intent to distribute a look-alike substance, possession with intent to distribute a synthetic drug, permit unlawful use of a building on Jan. 28 by St. Clair County sheriff. Patel allegedly possessed with the intent to deliver a substance containing 3-(1-naphthoyl)indole; possessed with the intent to distribute a look-alike substance; possessed with the intent to distribute a synthetic drug that is misbranded under the Illinois Food Drug and Cosmetic Act; knowingly permitted a building controlled by the defendant and located at 2913 Camp Jackson Road in Cahokia, to be used by Govind Patel for the purpose of the unlawful delivery of 3-(1-naphthoyl)indole.
James J. Schaefer, 47, of 834 Union Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated driving under the influence and driving on revoked license, subsequent on Jan. 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schaefer allegedly drove a 2005 Ford Club Wagon at Blue Ridge Drive and Moreland Drive in Belleville, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol and during a period in which the defendant's driving privileges were revoked on April 17, 2002.
THURSDAY, JAN. 31
Howard L. Dotson Jr., 17, of 2431 Gaty Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice on Jan. 28 by East St. Louis police. Dotson allegedly with the intent to obstruct the prosecution of Howard Dotson, knowingly furnished false information, being that his name was Quavon Jones, when his real name is Howard Dotson to Detective Carlos Coleman, a police officer.
Rufus L. Thomas Jr., 20, of 1628 Henrietta, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice on Jan. 28 by East St. Louis police. Thomas allegedly with the intent to obstruct the prosecution of Rufus Thomas, knowingly furnished false information, being a false name, when his real name was Rufus Thomas, to Juilus Young, a peace officer.
Karl R. Coleman, 29, of 6318 Bond, Centreville, arrested on suspicion of forgery and resisting peace officer, corrections employee, on Jan. 30 by Fairview Heights police. Coleman allegedly delivered to Regions Bank, located at 10950 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, a document apparently capable of defrauding another, in that it was purported to have been made by another, a representative of The Original Honey Baked Ham Co. of Georgia, Inc., said document being a check, drawn on the Regions Bank of Birmingham, Ala., dated Dec. 28, 2012, payable to Donna Jeffery in the amount of $332.65 and signed as drawer Peter Stanes, knowing the document to have been thus made; knowingly obstructed the performance of Travis Montgomery of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Karl Coleman, knowing Travis Montgomery to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he ran from Travis Montgomery.
Tori L. White, 18, of 2001 Florence, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Jan. 30 by Cahokia police. White allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Beverly Fowers, located at 1731 Parklane in Cahokia, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Christopher W. Nesbit, 35, of 206 N. Point Drive, Fairview Heights, arrested on suspicion of two counts of cyber stalking and resisting a police officer from Dec. 29 to Dec. 31, 2012 by Belleville police. Nesbit allegedly engaged in a course of conduct using electronic communication directed at a specific person, being Julie Ruckman, and he knows or should know that this course of conduct would cause a reasonable person to fear for her safety; knowingly resisted the performance of Karl Kraft of an authorized act within his official capacity, being the arrest of Christopher Newbit, knowing Karl Kraft to be a peace officer engaged in the execution of his official duties, in that he pulled away from Karl Kraft and refused to be handcuffed.
Harriet N. Hill-Martin, 41, of 1 Hidden Valley Drive, Apt. 4, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery in a public place, domestic battery, physical contact, criminal damage to property and leaving the scene on Dec. 6, 2012 by O'Fallon police. Hill-Martin allegedly and while at St. Clair Bowling Alley, 5950 Old Collinsville Road in O'Fallon, a public place of accommodation or amusement, knowingly made physical contact of a provoking nature with Lacy Martin, in that she struck Lacy Martin with her car; made physical contact with Lacy Martin, a family/household member of Harriet Martin, in that said defendant hit Lacy Martin with her car; knowingly damaged property of Deborah Purchase-Jones, a 2006 Silver Dodge in the parking lot of St. Clair Bowling Alley, 5950 Old Collinsville Road, O'Fallon, without Deborah Pruchase-Jones' consent, said damage not in excess of $300; being the driver of the 2003 gray Buick vehicle involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in damage to a 2006 silver Dodge driven by Deborah Purchase-Jones, with knowledge that an accident has occurred, said defendant failed to immediately stop her vehicle at the scene of the accident and remain at the scene of the accident until she had performed the duty to give information and render aid.
Austin R. Williams, 17, of 1140 Beechcraft, Mascoutah, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Jan. 19 by Mascoutah police. Williams allegedly entered into the dwelling place of Dawn McClain, located at 1217 Beechcraft, Mascoutah, with the intent to commit theft therein.
Kirk L. Cochran, 20, of 1711 N. 45t St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery on Dec. 29, 2012 by Washington Park police. Cochran allegedly and by means of discharging a firearm, caused an injury to Anthony Moses in that said defendant shot Anthony Moses in the left hip bone with a firearm thereby causing great bodily harm to Anthony Moses.
Eldren J. Staten, 18, of 3623 Trendley Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of theft from the person on Jan. 27 by St. Clair County sheriff. Staten allegedly obtained control over property from Mercedos Lofton, being two pizzas, hot wings, and an Imo's food bag, total value not in excess of $500.
Brian A. Winter, 28, of 13 S. 16th St., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent on Jan. 28 by Belleville police. Winter allegedly knowingly took possession of merchandise offered for sale from Shop N Save, 4201 N. Belt West, Belleville, being one bottle of alcohol, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of theft on Jan. 17, 2012.
Terrill Whitehead Jr., 20, of 1435 N. 55th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of retail theft, subsequent and battery on Jan. 28 by Fairview Heights police. Whitehead allegedly took merchandise from JC Penney, 245 St. Clair Square, Fairview Heights, being one hat, total retail value not in excess of $300; made physical contact with Tamara Chism, in that he shoved Tamara Chism. Defendant had been previously convicted of Theft on Dec. 13, 2012.
Barry Q. Lawrence Jr., 2940 Renshaw Ave., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance on Oct. 16, 2012 by Illinois State Police. Lawrence allegedly delivered to Todd Goldasich less than one gram of a substance containing cocaine.
Pamela P. Bryant, 43, of 304 E. 5th St., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of violation of absentee ballots on Oct. 1, 2012 by Cahokia police. Bryant allegedly not the voter, a spouse, parent, child, brother, sister of the voter or representative of a company engaged in the business of making deliveries to the election authority, unlawfully took an absentee ballot of the voter for deposit into the mail.
Monica M. Laplant, 26, of 133 St. Dorothy Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of violation of absentee ballots on Oct. 20, 2012 by Cahokia police. Laplant allegedly not the voter, a spouse, a parent, child, brother, sister of the voter or representative of a company engaged in the business of making deliveries to the election authority, unlawfully took an absentee ballot of the voter for deposit into the mail.

William F. Parks, 32, of 407 Clarence St. in Collinsville, was charged with one count of residential burglary. Parks was charged in connection with a residential burglary Monday in the 3200 block of Fairmount Avenue in Collinsville.
