Gas prices took another jump Monday, rising to $3.69 a gallon at a number of metro-east gas stations.
After several weeks of increases, the price had fallen to around $3.50 a gallon before the jump Monday morning.
Industry experts say gas prices are rising as the global economy improves, putting more demand on the supply in the United States and other world markets.
