Well, once again we hear about some no-good dirtbag committing atrocities on a helpless puppy. This baby was thrown to its death from a moving car.

Until our judicial system increases the punishment on these scumbags, it will continue. There will always be that person who gets angry at his wife or girlfriend and takes it out on a defenseless animal.

This no-good clown will probably only get a slap on the wrist. I only wish the court would let me administer that punishment.
