SATURDAY, FEB. 2
7:46 a.m. Theft -- Oliver C. Joseph, 3795 W. Illinois 15. The manager reported sometime overnight unknown person(s) put several cars on the car lot up on cement blocks and stole the rims and tires off of the vehicles.
3:24 p.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 1300 block of Commercial Street. The victim reported the suspect battered her. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.
11:08 p.m. Pedestrian under the influence, failure to comply -- First block of North 45th Street. Jeremy Whitten, 26, was arrested after a disturbance with his girlfriend. Whitten had been warned not to return for the night but failed to comply. Whitten was also highly intoxicated. He was transported and held pending sobriety.
SUNDAY, FEB. 3
2:30 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- North 14th at West A Street. The victim reported a window on her vehicle was broken out and property was stolen.
2:30 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- North 14th and West A Street. The victim reported his passenger window was broke out of his vehicle and property was stolen.
3:25 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- First block of Dale Allen. The victim reported when he arrived home he discovered unknown person(s) had broken out a front window on his residence.
8:19 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 1600 block of Sherborne. The victim reported early this morning unknown person(s) damaged a window on his vehicle and property was stolen.
9:02 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 400 block of North 39th Street. The victim reported a window on his vehicle was damaged sometime overnight and property was stolen.
9:19 a.m. Criminal damage to property -- 1600 block of Sherborne. The victim reported early this morning unknown person(s) damaged a window of her vehicle.
12:22 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 200 block of North 14th Street. The victim reported sometime overnight unknown person(s) damaged a window on her vehicle by unknown means.
5:36 p.m. Violation of no stalking order -- 600 block of South Jackson. The victim reported the suspect was seen walking in front of the residence. The victim signed a nontraffic citation against the suspect.
7:51 p.m. Threats -- 8200 block of West Main Street. The victim reported while he was on the metro bus the suspect threatened to batter him.
10:45 p.m. Battery -- First block of Dale Allen Drive. The victim reported Eugene Smith Jr., 26, confronted and then battered her. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending bond.
MONDAY, FEB. 4
2:57 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- North 42nd at Summit. Trevon C. Hickson, 35, was arrested during a traffic stop after appearing to be intoxicated and failing field sobriety tests. Hickson was transported and released after posting bond.
6:18 a.m. Burglary to residence -- 2500 block of Frank Scott Parkway West. The victim reported between 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m., unknown person(s) forced entry to her residence and property was stolen.
9:20 a.m. Burglary -- Top of the Line, 6007 W. Main St. The business owner reported between Feb. 2 and Feb. 4 unknown suspect(s) broke out the front glass window, entered his store and property was stolen.
9:26 a.m. Aggravated domestic battery -- 1600 block of LaSalle. The victim reported the suspect battered her then left the residence. The suspect was located, arrested, transported, and held pending further investigation.
9:56 a.m. Burglary to vehicle -- 8300 block of West Main Street. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and property was stolen.
11:32 a.m. Residential burglary -- 2100 block of East B Street. The victim reported unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a rear door of the residence and property was stolen.
Burglary -- 600 block of East Adams. The victim reported between 7:45 a.m. and 3:10 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the residence.
6:27 p.m. Criminal damage to property -- 4100 block of North Park Drive. The victim reported sometime between 12:30 and 6:27 p.m., unknown person(s) forced open a side door, damaging the door.
10:38 p.m. Traffic stop, warrant arrest -- 9000 block of Lebanon Road. Jeremy M. McClure, 27, was arrested during a traffic stop after he was discovered to have an outstanding warrant out of St. Clair County.
11:25 p.m. Retail theft -- Circle K, 2709 W. Main St. Employees from the store flagged down the officer and pointed out a suspect who had just taken merchandise from the store and was fleeing the scene. After a short foot pursuit, the suspect was apprehended. The suspect was arrested, transported and held pending further investigation.
ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES
FRIDAY, FEB. 1
Kenneth C. Walton IV, 20, of 1031 N. 71st St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice on Jan. 30 by Sauget police. Walton allegedly with the intent to obstruct the prosecution of Rufus Thomas, knowingly furnished false information to John Parisi, a peace officer, as to the identification of two alleged suspects that he claimed to be involved in the robbery of the Ira Grove Church in East St. Louis on Jan. 27.
Joshua M. Cook, 34, of 2213 Vandalia, Apt. B, Collinsville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery, subsequent on Jan. 29 by Caseyville police. Cook allegedly strangled Mariah Horton, a family/household member, intentionally impeded the normal breathing and circulation of blood of Mariah Horton by choking her with his hands; hit her in the face. Defendant had previously been convicted of domestic battery on Jan. 17, 2012.MONDAY, FEB. 4
Danielle L. Moore, 23, of 450 N. Sixth St. H, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of cannabis on Nov. 20, 2011, by Illinois State Police. Moore allegedly had in her possession more than 30 but less than 500 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Carl F. Penn, 48, of 1831 Harvest Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of violation order and prior violation of order on Jan. 26 by St. Clair County sheriff. Penn allegedly having been served with the contents of an order of protection, issued Dec. 12 did knowingly commit an act that was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant called Linda Carter, a protected party. The defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful violation of an order of protection on March 28, 2011.
Damian D. Kelly, 18, of 1119 N. 43rd St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of attempted armed robbery and residential burglary on Jan. 31 by Belleville police. Kelly allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that Kelly, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly tried to take property from the person of Christopher Neuwald, by threatening the use of force and entered into the dwelling place of Neuwald, 23 N. 31st St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.
Duran M. Robinson, 19, of 712 Oxen Drive, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of attempted armed robbery and residential burglary on Jan. 31 by Belleville police. Robinson allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense, in that Robinson, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly tried to take property from the person of Christopher Neuwald, by threatening the use of force and entered into the dwelling place of Neuwald, 23 N. 31st St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.
Reflaye Y. Williams, 42, of 1188 Langely Drive, Shiloh, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated battery of a peace officer, aggravated battery of a pregnant and handicapped person and three counts of domestic battery on Jan. 31 by Shiloh police. Williams allegedly made physical contact with David Martin, in that the defendant poked him in face and spit in his face knowing David Martin to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties; knowingly made physical contact with Keneshia Williams, a pregnant person, in that she struck her about the neck; knowingly made physical contact with Henrietta Thurman, a family/household member, in that said defendant shoved her; knowingly made physical contact with Deonte Williams, a family/household member, in that said defendant struck him in the face and bit him in the face.
Donovan D. Smith, 18, of 1146 N. 45th St., Washington Park, arrested on suspicion of attempted armed robbery and residential burglary on Jan. 31 by Belleville police. Smith allegedly performed a substantial step toward the commission of that offense in that Smith, while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly tried to take property from Christopher Neuwald, by threatening the use of force and entered into the dwelling place of Neuwalk, 23 N. 31st St., Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.
Khakesha C. Johnson, 28, of 3009 South Belt West, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of aggravated battery of a peace officer and domestic battery on Feb. 1 by St. Clair County sheriff. Johnson allegedly made physical contact with Howard Kurtz, in that she kicked him, knowing Howard Kurtz to be a peace officer, engaged in the performance of his authorized duties and knowingly made physical contact with Monte Ellis, a family/household member, in that said defendant pushed him.
Alonzo D. Ward, 21, of 2612 Renshaw Ave. 1, East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of residential burglary on Jan. 31 by East St. Louis police. Ward allegedly entered a house, of Patricia Jackson, 605 Post Place, East St. Louis, with the intent to commit theft.
Quintrell C. Coleman, 21, of 210 N. 63rd St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 1 by Illinois State Police. Coleman allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.
Simone C. Foster, 25, of 3997 Alcoa St., Alorton, arrested on suspicion of obstruction justice, destroying evidence on Feb. 1 by Belleville police. Foster allegedly furnished false information to Detective Mark Kroenig, a peace officer, as to who had possession of her vehicle.
Chris R. Narup, 21, of 11355 Eiff Road, Marissa, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis on Oct. 26, 2012 by New Athens police. Narup allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine; had in his possession more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of a substance containing cannabis.
Kelly M. Hellman, 30, of 8168 Ponderosa Hills Lane, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 2 by Illinois State Police. Hellman allegedly had in her possession a substance containing alprazolam.
Carla R. Grissom, 43, of 605 Cooper Drive, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 26, 2012 by Dupo police. Grissom allegedly had in her possession a substance containing hydrocodone.
Michael G. Murdock Jr., 23, of 7600 Lebanon Road, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence on Dec. 26, 2012 by Dupo police. Murdoct allegedly had in his possession a substance containing hydrocodone and drove a silver Grand Am on Adams Road in Dupo, while the defendant was under the influence of alcohol.

MADISON COUNTY FELONIES
MONDAY, FEB. 4
Devin L. Bailey, 19, of 222 Carver St., Madison, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to distribute between 10 and 30 grams. Bailey allegedly had about 30 grams of cannabis on his person when searched by a Madison County sheriff's deputy during a traffic stop on Friday.
Cassandra B. Hart, 22, of 707 N. Morrison Ave., Collinsville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in a penal institution. Hart was booked into the Madison County Jail Saturday on a warrant and allegedly had a container hidden on her person, which was found to contain several capsules of heroin.
MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF
SATURDAY, FEB. 2
Cheryl L. Hutchinson, 54, and John L. Phillips, 58, both of 3241 W. Chain of Rocks Road in Granite City, were arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). While investigating a domestic battery at the Sun Motel in Granite City, deputies located and seized articles of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine, which were allegedly linked to Hutchinson and Phillips.
