Belleville blotter: 2 men arrested after kicking fence, cursing at homeowner

Published: February 7, 2013

— The following report appeared in the most recently released crime blotter by the Belleville Police Department:

TUESDAY

10:45 a.m. DISORDERLY CONDUCT - 900 block of E. Main Street. The victim, a 42-year-old female, reported her dog was in a fenced in front yard when Brandon Davis, 19, kicked her fence in front of the dog. The victim yelled at the suspects to keep walking when Brandon Davis and Aaron M. Davis, 21, started cursing and threatening the victim. The men were arrested, transported to headquarters and released after posting bail.

Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. For more police blotter news, read tomorrow's print edition of the Belleville News-Democrat and return to bnd.com.
