The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local law enforcement agencies and court clerks. Readers are reminded that an arrest or charge does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BELLEVILLE POLICE

THURSDAY, FEB. 7

6 a.m. Search warrant executed -- 1900 block of East Belle Street. Belleville Police Department Investigators, the S.R.T. and patrol units served a search warrant at the residence. Four subjects were located at the residence and transported to headquarters. Two subjects (an adult female and a juvenile male) were held pending further investigation.

9:30 a.m. Violation of no stalking order -- 600 block of South Jackson. The victim alleged the suspect walked by her house. The victim signed a nontraffic citation for the violation. The suspect Rodney Chavis, 21, was located at 2 p.m., in the area of Clay and Lebanon Avenue. He was arrested, transported and processed.

2:19 p.m. Retail theft -- Walmart, 2601 Green Mount Commons. Andrew Juehn, 24, was arrested after concealing merchandise and leaving the store without paying for the items. Kuehn was transported and held pending bond.

2:23 p.m. Residential burglary -- 300 block of South 16th Street. The reporting party stated sometime within the past five months unknown person(s) entered the vacant house and removed copper pipes.

4:10 p.m. Suspicious incident -- First Bank, 6323 W. Main St. Employees observed a male enter the bank and inquire about opening an account. The subject left with an answer, but did not open an account.

7 p.m. Unlawful interference of public utility services -- 300 block of West I Street. The victim reported the landlord/suspect allegedly unplugged the circuit breaker to the residence, shutting off the power.

8:28 p.m. Disorderly conduct -- 300 block of North 45th Street. Vance Johnson, 57, was arrested after creating a disturbance. Johnson was transported and held pending bond.

FRIDAY, FEB. 8

2:15 a.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence, warrant arrest -- Sherman at East C Street. James N. Atterberry, 42, was arrested during a traffic stop. He appeared to be intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Atterberry was transported and posted bond on the driving under the influence. He was transported to the St. Clair County Jail for the outstanding warrant.

4:27 a.m. Belated domestic battery reporting -- First block of Loma Lane. The victim reported she was involved in an argument with her boyfriend/suspect when he allegedly battered her.

12:27 p.m. Attempted residential burglary -- First block of Beth Ann Drive. The victim reported between 6:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., unknown suspects cut numerous screens on the ground floor windows. The suspect also broke a knife in the rear door frame while attempting to gain entry.

1:08 p.m. Telephone harassment -- First block of Mariknoll Drive. The victim reported the suspect called and left her two threatening voice mails.

2:17 p.m. Traffic stop, driving under the influence -- 2200 block of West Main Street. Gary Bateman, was arrested during a traffic stop. Subject appeared intoxicated and failed field sobriety tests. Bateman was transported and later released after posting bond.

10:39 p.m. Traffic stop, obstructing identification, warrant arrest -- 4400 block of West Main Street. Marissa Logan, 35, was arrested during a traffic stop after she gave a false name and date of birth. Logan's true identity was discovered along with two outstanding St. Clair County warrants. Logan was transported and later released after posting bond.

SATURDAY, FEB. 9

1:33 a.m. Battery -- Silver Creek Saloon, 2520 Mascoutah Ave. The victims reported an unknown male approached them with small talk. The suspect punched the male victim for unknown reasons. The female victim was struck in the mouth when she attempted to intervene. The suspect fled the area in a small white vehicle.

3:47 a.m. Disorderly conduct, unlawful consumption of alcohol -- Moto Mart, 701 W. Main St. Employees reported two subjects entered the store highly intoxicated and were asked to leave the business. One male subject went outside and urinated on the building. Both subjects were located and identified. Travis Harrah, 23 and Darius Pierce, 19, were arrersted and transported to headquarters. Both were charged with disroderly conduct. Pierce was also cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol. Both were held pending sobriety and/or bond.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY FELONIES

FRIDAY, FEB. 8

Tiaria D. Overstreet, 20, of 231 Judith Lane, Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of retail theft subsequent on Jan. 10 by O'Fallon police. Overstreet allegedly took merchandise from Walmart, 1530 W. Highway 50, O'Fallon, being a vacuum cleaner, total retail value not in excess of $300. Defendant had been previously convicted of retail over $300 on March 9, 2011.

Tyrone Harris Jr., 21, of 708 George St., Apt. C, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of agravated unlawful use of a weapon on Feb. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Harris allegedly carried on his person a .22-caliber handgun at a time when he was not on his own land, or in his own abode, or fixed place of business. Defendant had not been issued a current FOID Card.

Damian D. Jefferson, 26, of 802 W. Monroe, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 21 by St. Clair County sheriff. Jefferson allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Patsy N. McGee, 26, of 24 Adeline Court, Belleville, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 2 by St. Clair County sheriff. McGee allegedly had in her possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine.

Chontez L. Graham, 17, of 1910 E. Belle Ave., Belleville, arrested on suspicion of burglary on Nov. 30 by Belleville police. Graham allegedly entered a building of John Brisk, doing business as Cheap Cigarettes, 314 Sherman, Belleville, with the intent to commit theft.

David R. Metzger, 29, of 901 Reiss Road, O'Fallon, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 19 by O'Fallon police. Metzger allegedly had in his possession less than 15 grams of a substance containing Clonazepam.

Deondre L. Spates, 22, of 1330 N. 25th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of armed robbery, armed with a firearm on Jan. 28 by Belleville police. Spates allegedly while carrying a firearm on his person, knowingly took property, being U.S. currency, from the person or presence of Keith Griffin, by threatening the eminent use of force.

Katherine A. Brinkley, 23, of 113 Jefferson Drive, Waterloo, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor on Jan. 29 by St. Clair County sheriff. Brinkley allegedly possessed a substance containing a methamphetamine precursor, being pseudoephedrine, without being prescribed. The denfendant had been previously convicted of unlawful possession of methampetamine manufacturing materials on Jan. 12.

Carl F. Penn, 1831 Harvest Ave., Cahokia, arrested on suspicion of three counts of violation of an order of protection subsequent offense and two counts of disorderly conduct Jan. 11 by Belleville police. Penn allegedly commited an act that was prohibited by the order of protection in that said defendant called Linda Carter on Jan. 11, 12 and 15, a protected party. Defendant had been previously convicted of unlawful violation of an order of protection subsequent offense on March 28, 2011. Penn knowingly called the Fire Department for the purpose of making a false complaint and reporting information, being that he smelled smoke when at the time the call was made, the defendant knew there was no reasonable grounds for believing that a fire existed; knowingly called the Police Department for the purpose of making a false complaint, being that he reported a fight in progress and that narcotics were being sold from a residence. The defendant knew there was no reasonable grounds for believing that such offenses were being committed.

Evan J. Fedro, 24, of 1035 Catalpa Drive, OFallon, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on Feb. 7 by O'Fallon police. Fedro allegedly made physical contact with Paul Fedro, a family/household member, in that Evan Fedro hit Paul Fedro in the nose. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on Nov. 1.

Lindell Curtis Sr., 51, of 788 Alhambra Court St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, subsequent offense on Feb. 6 by East St. Louis police. Curtis allegedly made physical contact with Patrece R. Curtis, a family/household member, in that Lindell Curtis Sr. struck Patrece in the face with his hand. Defendant had been previously convicted of domestic battery on March 3, 2000.

Gary E. Schultz Jr., 29, of 19 Edgewood Drive, Caseyville, arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary on Jan. 18 by St. Clair County sheriff. Schultz allegedly entered a building, a garage of Doug Clymer, 8044 N. Illinois St., Caseyville, and knowingly entered a motor vehicle, a 2004 Ford Van, with the intent to commit theft.

Howard L. Dotson Jr., 17, of 2431 Gary Ave., East St. Louis; Rufus L. Thomas Jr., 1628 Henrietta of East St. Louis; and Kenneth C. Walton IV, 20, of 1031 N. 71st St., East St. Louis, were all arrested on suspicion of 12 counts of armed robbery on or about Jan. 27 by East St. Louis police. Dotson allegedly while carrying a firearm on his person, took property, being a white T-Mobile Samsung cellphone, from the person or presence of Wyatte C. Jamison; took a wallet containing U.S. currency and other contents from the person of Rhonda R. Robinson; took a Cricket Flip Phone from Mekiya Bryant; took U.S. currency from Eulanda Lloyd; took a men's ring, wallet containing U.S. currency and other contents from Willie H. Chambers; took a ladies ring from Djuanna D. Chambers; took U.S. currency from Mary L. White; took a purse containing other contents from Rose M. Colbert; took a wallet containing U.S. currency and other contents from Antoinette Goodwin; took a men's wallet from Tim Goodwin; took a black L.G. Touch Screen cellphone from Yvette Jones; took a purse and Boost Mobile cellphone from Elenora Robinson, while they were present at the Ira Grove Free Will Baptist Church, by threatening the imminent use of force.

Louis Davis, 61, homeless, arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent on Feb. 6 by St. Clair County sheriff. Davis allegedly failed to register, in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act, with the chief of police of the city of East St. Louis, on a weekly basis, as the defendant lacked a fixed residence at the time of this offense, and the defendant had been previously convicted of the Sex Offender Registration Act, being failure to report for registration as a sex offender on May 8, 2009.

Lacey M. Hurst, 24, of 331 Bernrueter St., Marissa, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance on Dec. 18 by New Athens police. Hurst allegedly had in her possession a substance containing hydrocodone.

Dwayne W. Ebmeyer Jr., 21, of 310 E. Hanover St., Apt. 4, New Baden, arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse between June 11, 2011, and Jan. 11, 2012, by Mascoutah police. Ebmeyer allegedly committed acts of sexual abuse with a female minor, date of birth March 11, 1998.

Madie D. Brown, 20, of 542 N. 18th St., East St. Louis, arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle on Jan. 3 by Metro East Auto Theft Task Force. Brown allegedly possessed a black 2004 Nissan SUV, knowing it to have been stolen.

Fana R. Berry-Lewis, 33, of Belleville, arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass to land by St. Clair County sheriff.

MADISON COUNTY SHERIFF

SUNDAY, FEB. 10

The Madison County Sheriff's Office would like to inform the public a backpack containing a handgun fell from a moving vehicle in the Holiday Shores area of unincorporated Madison County and may be laying on or near the road in the area mentioned above. The owner of the handgun left the Holiday Shores area and traveled to the city of Edwardsville. The backpack contained an unloaded 9-mm handgun and one magazine. The owner of the handgun and deputies from the Madison County Sheriff's Office have searched the area of St. James Drive, Illinois 140 and Illinois 159 but were unable to locate the backpack. If anyone locates this backpack, contact the Madison County Sheriff's Office at 618-692-4433 or the anonymous tip line at 618-296-3000.

MADISON COUNTY FELONIES

MONDAY, FEB. 11

Earl D. Snow, 17, of Troy, was charged with one count of burglary. Snow allegedly stole a laptop computer Saturday from a vehicle on Illinois 143 in Highland. Snow's bail was set at $60,000.
