I am one of these dangers to society that a letter writer wants to keep off the streets (and away from home). But this is Nazism and treason.

The "treatment" involves solitary confinement on the north wall (without heat) in 13 degree below zero temp. (The afternoon high was 2 degrees below zero.) This is how they treat the mentally-ill threats to society.
