I would like to know how St. Clair County Board Chairman Mark Kern is allowed to spend money on the MidAmerica Airport when he can't take care of the finances for it. As soon as he gave John Hewitt the $250,000 there was an editorial about the money Hewitt owed the IRS. Didn't that ring a bell?
Kern and our government waste so much money, it is pathetic.
